I wish there was a negative star raiting. This whole website is a fraud. Do not order from here because you will not receive anything. I doubt they even have a product wearhouse. They need to be reported to the better business Bureau.

It's been 40 days and I still haven't received my order

After reading some negative sounding reviews I hesitated, but the picture of the suit was too alluring to not give it a try. I wanted the suit as a gift for my daughter who lives 650 miles away. Her email to me tells it all:

"It's really nice! The fabric feels great! It feels thick and sturdy. I'm really happy with it. Looms just like the picture."

The bathing suit fit nothing like the picture and I was very disappointed with my purchase. By the time I went to return the bathing suit it was past the date I was allowed to return and I am now stuck with a bathing suit I will never wear. It also came with no receipt, just the bathing suit wrapped in a plastic bag.

I just purchased a gorgeous bathing suit yesterday and the service has been great. Can’t wait to receive it!! I will definitely shop some more!

I received the bathing suit and it was made poorly and the size was not made for an adult large at all! I tried it on and could barely get it past my stomach because it was made way too short for an adult. The images in their photos show it being a good quality product, but the real life version is sewn off with the lining showing visibly in the front as well.

I attempted to return, it took so long for them to respond initially and then they gave me the run around for a couple of weeks telling me I had to submit photos of it specific ways and that the up front image of the poorly made bathing suit wasn't enough. I finally asked for the address to send it back for my refund and they gave me an address in Spain. Spain! It would cost $150 to return it there if it were to ever actually arrive.

This is absolutely ridiculous. There customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company at all.

Hot bikinis and great shopping experience

I wasn't disappointed with my purchase! My swimsuit took a bit to arrive, but I was very happy with it when it did!

This review could have gone the other way if they were not able to fix it. I saw their one-piece tribal piece swimsuit from their Facebook ad. It took me a while to order because a lot of websites nowadays, more often than not, oversells and under deliver. It took them 20 days to deliver the item. I wasn't really surprised that the packaging clearly came from China but I was surprised that this particular item passed quality control because the lining was not stitched together with the garter on the chest area. At first, they wanted me to send back the item and they will send a new one, but since I am already going on vacation, I needed a swimsuit and I didn't buy any backup. They told me that I didn't need to return the item. They can just give me store credit or send me a new one for free. I decided to take the store credit and bought the same one but in a smaller size. The new one arrived after 20 days. The difference though was the packaging. It's way better this time around and it now hag the Aria Voss logo on the drawstring plastic bag. The swimsuit was sewn perfectly. The customer service is also to be commended, although it may take days before they reply.

I Like the price and the styles of the swimsuit

Do not let yourself be fooled, as I did. There was a big difference in the model of the bikinis I ordered (pictures on the website) and the ones I got. In addition, the black bikini was not color-proof... After a swim, my body and towel was stained black. The bikinis were shipped directly from China.

Not worth ordering unless you live in Spain. They sent me the wrong size in error, I have the receipt as proof. Ultimately I am stuck with a swimsuit that is not my size because it will cost me over 50 to ship it back for an exchange and they will not send you a prepaid postage stamp.

As an international online store, I had a pleasant experience with the customer care line. My first package was not received by me due to my local post office, Meghan form the customer care team has assisted me with a reship and I’m very excited to receive me package.
