I would give no stars if that was possible!
I ordered a swim suit on the 2nd of April. I followed things up as it was taking a while to arrive and was assured my item is in transit and it will take 7-21 working days. It has been over 2 months and i STILL havnt received my item. I have tracked it with the tracking number provided and it says EXPIRED! Have asked for my money back as this is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

I must say I made my first order with a lot of reservation ... but I was presently surprised by the customer support who checked and updated me re the status of my order . My swimsuit came in the predicted time frame approximately 15 days and was as beautiful as pictured!!! ... I will be ordering from them again soon .

I ordered a swimsuit but with the wrong size. I contacted Aria Voss to modify the size. And, surprise, since this was my first purchase, I got answer in half an hour (my mail had been registered and would be answered in max 2 days). In fact the problem had been solved 12 hours later. I'm very curious to see if the quality of the item matches the service quality.

They clearly have no intentions of…
They clearly have no intentions of accepting returns, even when I was sent the wrong size. It's been weeks and they send you notes saying "I'm so sorry you're having this problem." Totally unacceptable. Do not order from them. Several suppliers on Amazon sell the same suits.
P.S.--Their reply below is so typical. Notice they do not STILL mention about taking care of the return. They just say some b.s. about improving their service. Look at other reviews. They ship from China and have no intentions of honoring their return policy. I'll file with consumer fraud. Someone should shut them down.

The swimwear selection was very challenging to pick, because they all looked beautiful and wanted to buy them all. Amongst your other categories of clothes on your website they look beautiful. Ordered a size L but the measurements listed on the website does not match the products actual measurements. The bathing suit is wide and too short. The fabric is quite thin and it appears the «wavy» pattern has been cut after the bathing suit had been sewn together.
