The pricing is fair for the service they provide! While I have had difficulties in the past in terms of managing mods or even the settings on the server, I've found my experience with ArkServers.io to be pain free and intuitive. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to use one of their servers.

I've been using ArkServers.io for my personal ARK server for a several months now and have had no problems with it at all. The control panel is easy to navigate. The cost is the best I've seen. Would highly recommend.

Arkservers.io has been a great host for all the games our little group plays. We have extensive playtime in ARK and 7DTD, the control panel is hands down the best available. So much detail and information provided that you know everything going on with the server.

It said 18$ a month but after the server expired it wants me to pay 54$. Big scam!

Ark Servers IO ended up being my best overall server experience. It is unfortunate they did not get to continue to host Ark as it was released with exclusivity for Nitrado.

-Game selection; They are limited in the amount of games they run, and without Ark Ascended, it will hurt their overall business
-Flat Server Price for Ark is great for vanilla Ark, but if you want to add many mods, you have to upgrade your sever

I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update. Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don't support that, but that you can do it if you modify the server files. Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a "contact support" state and I wasn't hearing back from support. I've had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere.

I play Ark on and off. Payment is simple and easy to control. Ive never had to talk to them. The server setup is very straight forward. If you guys read this, thanks :)

Arkservers.io is the only host I'll ever use. Their support is great, their site intuitive, and loading mods, restoring backups, etc is so easy. Cannot recommend them enough. The bang for your buck is INCREDIBLE.

they have great control and management of servers with easy to change settings, very good customer server when it comes to needing help with server side problems, only wish they had more game on offer to host. built other than that would recommend if you want to host any of the games they offer.

ArkServers.io is expensive. But it's not really a fair comparison since ArkServers.io offers a crazy amount of extra features, like fully-documented server settings & editor, mod discovery & management, and some convenience features like auto-shutoff & a public website to make joining easier. I have zero complaints and will continue to use them until Ark finally dies; no one else is even close to what they're doing.
