Easy to access, utilize and very reliable throughout our usage.

Server was working, with great features on my rust server! but out of know where there was constant map crashes every base was bugged out and all the monuments do not get this server hosting.

We have been using ArkServers for years. always reliable and the couple of times we needed help they were on the ball immediately. highly recommend. Load play forget

Starting a server on this website is quick & takes very little help. I was able to start same day I paid for the server.
If a player has little to no experience running a server like me, the way ArkServers.io is set up makes things very easy.

This hosting site is top notch. I have joined June 27th 2022 and this is when I started my journey with ArkServers.io as a host. I can say I am very impressed and wish I had stumbled upon this hosting server sooner. The servers are very responsive. I have not had a lag problem or any rubber banding problems when roaming around the great lands. This has been a problem for me in the past with other hosts (cringe I hate admitting that, I feel like I've wronged ArkServers.io for not finding them sooner haha.) I also want to say hands down you all nailed the set up. You all did so well my grandma would be able to set up a server and she is not tech savvy. Best ever I won't be leaving. Even the support when I reached out I got a fast response and didn't feel like someone just "kinda" answered my question. They gave me the answer I was needing and I didn't have any follow up questions because they covered it all.

Overall the server stability is excellent and support staff is top notch , switching between games and servers is seamless and uptime is awesome.

The Staff is quick to answer questions. I have had several servers with this group and haven't had any issue. I would recommend ArkServers.io to anyone

User friendly & efficient. I have used 2 of these services in the past .. this one is by far the best. I am currently hosting 2 Ark servers on this site. 10/10

No lag and it doesn't drop the connection like other servers I've used.

Arkservers was really great to use. Very easy to use and very intuitive. The support is great as well! I had to stop my account because my friends and I have stopped playing Ark. I'll most likely use this service again for Ark 2.

You have stolen a server from a friend and her money, and clamed you did a refund when you clearly didnt.

I love this host, they make it so easy to run servers, I have used them for years. they do not run windows so not all is available to use but it's still worth using them. great customer service as well

I host an ARK cluster with ArkServers.io, and haven't had any problems. Their control panel is easy enough to use, installing mods is simple, and configuring automated backups was easy. Latency hasn't been an issue on the cluster either.

Excellent, stable servers. Easy to set up and easy to mod. What more can you ask for? Will buy again next time I need a server!
