I can 100% recommend Tom Arlow plumbing and heating . We have used them on and off for a few years now . I had a 5 ⭐️service ,the engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable he arrived on time . I paid what I thought was a fair price .

Called these guys to fix my Morco Boiler and was told that the most likely problem was a diverter valve. After a week waiting to hear back and chasing them, they then turned up to do the job. After several hours the engineer fitted the part and it didn’t fix the problem. To make matters worse he said no more parts were available for my boiler and there was nothing else he could do. I was then confronted with a bill for close on £400 for the privilege. When i checked on the internet a whole raft of parts were available for the boiler. Avoid like the plague, a bunch of con artists…

First of all, I tried Big company such as British Gas to book for a boiler service, shock more than 2 months waiting time!!!! Then Friend of mine told me to contact Arlow Plumbing and Heating, so I did, Left the message, next day nice Lady rang me back first ting in the morning, managed too booked for next week without any problems, nice and easy. Technician arrived on specified time, job well done nice and clean without any issues. Few days after I received email with my invoice and payment details, paid, received confirmation that all been paid. Stress free, quick and easy communication. Thank you very much for your service!!.

Booked for additional work to be done on are oil central heating.
Did try to change the date , which was no problem for us.
However reverted back to original date, fitter arrived on time and called 10 minutes prior to arrival.
Job complete and area left didy.

Our technician Tom arrived very promptly, and did a great job fitting our new boiler in just one day. He had to work in cramped and restricted conditions in the boiler cupboard, but succeeded admirably, and without complaint. He also assisted in identifying a faulty manifold cap in the underfloor heating system, and was generally very helpful and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of our heating systems. I would thoroughly recommend both Tom and Arlow Plumbing & Heating Ltd for their excellent and timely service.

Arlow Plumbing were brilliant, they gave friendly and knowledgeable advice. The work carried out was clean tidy and done to a professional standard. The thing that stood out for me was they were able to give me a quote for a boiler replacement by sending them pictures via email, because of that I had a quote the very next day....very helpful.

The job was the complete replacement of an old oil boiler into a 300+ year old farmhouse, where from the request for an initial quotation through to completion of the job, we had service of the highest order.
Boiler and some new radiators installed with the minimum of disruption to the fabric of a "difficult" building by a precise, thoughtful and knowledgable team with really good communication throughout.
Happy to recommend Tom and his team, and we will be using them for our downstream service needs.

I have been using Arlow for my oil boiler service for the past 4 years. Always a great service, but at a price, they are expensive compared to others but at least you know they can be relied on.
