Well, item didn't arrive. I got an automatic refund with no communication as to why it was refunded.

Their mod team didn't let me post this on their website.

Was asked by Armani to give a review about its make-up. As they messed me around with the non-delivery, wrote a scathing review. Surprise, surprise they wrote back saying it won’t publish as it doesn’t pass their “guidelines.” The review was courteous but laid out the facts. As they are fixing their reviews, am commenting here. Took money, non-delivery after holding money and then finally refunded. Terrible see for a “premium” brand and fixing reviews is unacceptable.

Dont get why some many negative reviews, i ordered from here and everything was good, delivery took 5 to 7 days to come but what do you expect if its coming from france to the uk, I recommend this company

The gift set I purchased was very competitively priced. (30% off and free P&P) and it arrived in the UK in perfect condition just over a week after I placed the order. I was updated on the delivery date/time and my package was deposited in my designated safe place with care taken to ensure it wasn't on view. I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

I ordered Sandal Dan-sha Perfume on the Black Friday sale for £105- In Stock online at the time. I have since had a email to cancel the order, they are out of stock apparently, but yet I can buy it online again for the full retail price of £150. Basically, they don't want to fulfill there deal price.

I have also contacted there customer service dept, which is actually a acting "Agent" not actually Armarni themselves, and it is the worst customer service I have received in my life! - not a trace of any complaint of phone call despite raising this twice with them. The agents didn't have a clue what to do, and where utterly unhelpful.

For such a luxury Brand, they are absolutely awful.

I've concluded there customer service is non existent and have given up. - I will never buy this brand again.

Purchased my staple perfume as there was a 30% discount (plus some extras included which was a nice touch)… after placing my order I checked the reviews and was really concerned i’d made an impulsive purchase from a bad website after reading some of the negative reviews. My experience though has been fantastic. From placing the order to delivery the items took just over a week as they are shipped from France. I will definitely use Armani beauty again - thank you it’s been perfect

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered the si intense (30% discount). I checked reviews for Armani beauty to see in haw many days it would arrive and I seriously panicked with all this negative reviews. I was no longer wondering when it would arrive, but if it would ever arrive.And it really did arrive within 5 working days .I ordered 30/10 Saturday and in Monday my order was shipped and I tracking code was send via email. Took a couple of days to come from France to uk and Today 4/11 Saturday I received the package in a great gift box , and 2 (15 ml ) perfumes for free( as it was advertised if you buy products of 70 paund worth) and 3(1.2 ml ) samples that I chose. I must say excellent experience.

Awful experience. Ordered aftershave for my partner on 15th September. Was told it was shipped on 18th September, told delivery was delayed until 25th September, but then yesterday, 22nd September, had a notification to say it was out for delivery. Yesterday evening I had a notification to say delivery was attempted at 19:15 - I was in all day, sat on the sofa at this time and no delivery was attempted. The tracking said it was being returned to sender - why?!

I emailed Armani and they said they are refunding me as "For logistical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a new shipment." Sorry, what?! This item is still showing as in stock on their website.

I'm now in the position of waiting for a refund, as it seems so are most fellow reviewers here! Oh well, I'm sure they're making loads of interest on OUR money. I normally check reviews before ordering but didn't think I needed to with such a "reputable" brand - lesson learned. Trading Standards need to get involved with this lot.

Placed an order on the 4th July 2023, paid for xpress delivery. Numerous lies later and my order still hasn’t been sent, it’s now 14th August. Have now put some story on their website about customs problems.
I have asked for a refund and they’ve fobbed me off. Please don’t order from this company. Go to Boots, use points and get points.

Placed an order for multiple items, they took immediate card payment. No dispatch notice received, so emailed customer service. Received an email saying it would be 3 weeks for delivery. This meant I missed a birthday, but advised person their present would be a bit late! Waited 3 weeks, emailed again, received an email saying my order would be cancelled. I would receive an email when my refund was processed and it would then be 3-8 days!! Refund still not processed, they have now had over £100 of my money for over 4 weeks!!! And I n ow have to reorder a birthday present, obviously not from them. Absolute disgrace

Made an order a week ago and the items has not even dispatched!

Called to cancel and they said they cannot do that. Even though the items have not even left the warehouse, and I am within the 14 days guarantee.

Their cancellation process is very shady... I cannot believe how a "luxury brand" acts this way.

Luckily, I paid via PayPal dealing with this dispute.

I purchased some Armani perfume from the fragrance shop. Without realising it has been sat for months leaking, ruining the cosmetic tray it was sat on in the process, as well as wasting expensive perfume, I can’t use this now.
I spoke with fragrance direct who said die to the time lapsed and the obvious manufacturing fault I had to approach Armani for a replacement etc, they won’t deal with it because I didn’t report the fault within 72 hours!
I knew that Armani would not help me but I approached them anyway and just got a cut and paste ‘sorry but it’s not our problem’ sort of reply. Advising me to go back to fragrance shop.
This is an obvious manufacturing fault and I had no idea it was leaking.
It’s not too much to ask Armani to take responsibility and just replace it.
They don’t seem to care at all.
This experience will ensure I don’t purchase anything else from them.

My favourite luminous silk foundation is currently on offer at £9 reduction ( I usually buy from selfridges) I decided to set up an account here as the offer of an extra 15% when you register, with a ‘ special code sent on the subscription email’ seemed like a great deal, once I had set up an account and registered for newsletter, I received 2 emails back none of which supplied a discount code, on contacting them via phone the assistant told me it ‘ would probably be sent sometime in the next 5 working days’ now, I’ve never known another company do this, send it days later, I wanted to order my item there and then not wait 5 days ( the code wasn’t sent 5 days later 🙄) I’m still waiting ( well actually I just ordered it from selfridges it took 48 hours to be delivered) I suspect it was just a fob off, because now I’ve opened an account with them I cannot unsubscribe…… waste of time…I didn’t take advantage of the £9 off because the postage charge…. I get free delivery with selfridges so worked out about the same cost, also the reviews on here put me off 😥

Appalling service. Dread to think if I needed a refund or anything. No customer service!

I am a member and received a promo on the 30/1 email stating I have a promotion 20% MEMBERSDAYS and expires on the 31/1. I have tried to make a purchase which allowed me to enter the code but after checking out it would remove my discount. I had checked the T&Cs and no where I could see excluded what I was trying to purchase, annoying!

I’ll keep this simple - called on the 30/1 was advised call back with a resolution within 2 days. Called again 2/2 as no call back as promised told to wait another 2 days, no call or email so called again 6/2 to be told from the same advisor I spoke on the 30/1 I’ll pass the information over again. You guessed it no call back 9/2 I spoke to customer service again to be told they are not sure why no one replying to your emails or have not got back to me to resolve my issue. They don’t know I don’t know, there’s no hope. Spend your money else where.

I have given up they not even replied to Facebook. Wouldn’t waste your time guys

Ordered a fragrance since it was on a good sale. Delivered very quickly & came incredibly well packaged in a Giorgio Armani box.

Not worthy of even 1 star, placed a high value order arrived damaged in what they advertise in a gift box. being xmas it would save me having to wrap the gift myself.
i contacted GA customer services which initially said they would honour money back/ money off my next order for the inconvenience...i followed up as i never received the code or partial refund..after numerous phone calls and email chasers i am told that they cannot give money off as the damage to giftbox cannot be issued or a replacement sent out....USELESS!

This website is not what people think it is. I placed an order on Wednesdsay the 21st and said that the Delivery would arrive in 3 to 5 days with DPD. I received my order today on Saturday the 24th after 3 days and could not be any happier. It's very clear and simple to place an order and have had no issues. I'm not sure what other people are doing.

Don’t shop here - awful service. Parcel never showed up, no tracking info sent. Customer service is a nightmare…basically completely unresponsive.

Ordered some after shave online as a Christmas gift. They use DPD, who days in a row provided a delivery slot, then after arranging to be home and waiting for delivery, they never even attempted to deliver to my house. I spent over an hour complaining to DPD after the last attempt, who promised they would deliver that day, and then didn’t again. I contacted Armani beauty as my contract is with them, and they weren’t interested in helping. Terrible customer service.
