We had a very scary experience using ARMAR Builders who, to their admittance, employed an unknown and unvetted individual to work on our property without performing the proper onboarding checks which broke their own pre-work requirements for subcontractors. This disgruntled ‘employee’ vandalised our property and communal building on multiple occasions - see photos. It became a police matter.

ARMAR did compensate as a result of the incident. Following said incident I think it would be fair to say that the relationship from both sides was irreparable and made for an extremely difficult working partnership.

We experienced several quality of work issues throughout the works period and since they have left. The project in question was carried out between March 2025 - July 2025.

I am so pleased I found Armar builders. They went above and beyond at every stage of my flat renovation project. The attention to detail and care taken with my home and possessions was better than I've ever received before. They provided a project manager, so I knew I was in safe hands and it meant if anything unexpected came up, there was someone there to find a solution. It gave great peace of mind. And the results are brilliant. So happy!
