Another terrible delivery service

Come a close second to Evri for awful customer service. Am at a loss as to how these companies survive . Arrow XL have failed to deliver my order , have given no indication of when it will be delivered. I’ve waited on their web chat for 2 hours and 50 mins . They eventually came onto the web chat and as I hadn’t responded in the 3 minutes they were on there they closed the chat.

If I could I would have left zero…

If I could I would have left zero stars! I waited in specifically for this delivery on two occasions, I even took time off work. I watched out of the window for them, they said they would call 30 mins before delivery, on both occasions this did NOT happen. Twice they said they could not deliver because I was not in.....a lie. I tried to talk with customer services four times via their online chat option where I received no response whatsoever even while waiting 45 mins. I called their customer service number and told I was 69 in the que so I held for two hours at which point I got cut off. The second time the item was not delivered I called again and found I was 92 in the que and knew it was going to be a waste of time.
In Summery- They are not reliable and there is no one to contact or talk to about any delivery issues.

I would nor recommend this company.We…

I would nor recommend this company.We booked for them to collect and deliver our old bed to a recycling centre.Despite three messages to notify us of the time they did not turn up and provided no reason .
They are difficult to get in touch with , don’t answer their web chat no reply to a phone call.
We had to rebook collection .They did turn up this time but they said they were sub contractors and had no interest in the job.We had paid extra for collection from room of choice . They hauled the matress downstairs but refused to take the divan base saying to would not go down.They left it upstairs and rushed off in their van .
My husband who is 78 years old managed to get the divan base down the stairs and into the front porch by himself.
No one has replied to my messages about this at ArrowXL
This service was poor and the company unhelpful

Shocking service waited a whole week…

Shocking service waited a whole week for my appliance to be deliverd got a call to say they was 20 mins away to then get a call an hour later to say they won’t be delivering my item because of the bad traffic, then to revive a txt message to re book anuther delivery slot the only one available is 3 weeks away!!!

Awful company - didn’t turn up.

Awful company. Had a collection slot today to pick up a Washer Dryer sent by Amazon in mistake for a Dryer I ordered. They informed me of a late afternoon collection using a 7.5 ton truck when a transit sized vehicle was required. I contacted them on the day informing them that there was a width restriction going from the Cornish town and said I can load the Washer Dryer in my car and take to a suitable loading space not far away (this is common in Looe, which was how I took delivery in the first place). The agent said she would tell the driver but it was his decision whether he would collect and he would call me when he arrived. I spent a lot of time getting the return prepared and loaded from a first floor flat into the car ready for collection. Later that afternoon I received a text message from Arrow saying I cancelled the return, which I hadn’t and they weren’t coming. Their tracking site said they attempted delivery. I contacted Amazon regarding the issue and they said they would re book for Monday. I go a message from arrow later that evening stating to re book the pickup. They now can’t come for another week.
Very disappointed with their service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

They have 2 beds worth £1200 meant to be delivered on Tuesday but still no or confirmation, they blew me out a few times, saying they would deliver in a few hours then said they couldnt as they didnt have the goods. Utterly SHOCKING!. Spent all day trying to communicate on whatsapp, first they asked for my name and address which I gave within one minute but they responded then next day saying " Good Morning, We can see your message has not connected to an agent due to high demand this session has now expired, Please accept our apologies." FAILING TO ANSWER MY DETAILED QUESTIONS. So I again responded with further detail, their auto system said an agent would be with me soon, they respond an hour later saying that one of the beds is still waiting to be sent to them and they ignored the query about the other bed. SO I WROTE ANOTHER DETAILED RESPONSE asking them to tell me exactly what is happening with both beds, the days of delivery expected as they told amazon tomorrow and the 2nd September. they responded 90 minutes later "If you need our number we are on 01942 943700 and open at 7am. Do you require further asaiatnce on here?" STILL NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS and when I called the number it says they dont answer open until 8am. THESE fools dont know what they are doing

Not enough communication, but came through in the end

Gave me a delivery slot, didn't deliver, but tracked as delivered. Found out later they were delivering the free pillows instead of the Otty mattress I ordered. Tried to communicate no one on the phones, no one on the social media, etc. I managed to get a new delivery scheduled, just found out they are trying to deliver the pillows again. However in an update, though they said just pillows they actually delivered the mattress and pillows, so fair play more stars but communication still wanting

I had a large parcel of outdoor…

I had a large parcel of outdoor furniture delivered today and the men went the extra mile ! Barry and Ian couldn't get the van up my road, due to parked vehicles, so it was carried all the way to my house from the bottom of the road and through to my back garden. Comunication before delivery was spot on as well. Can highly recommend "Arrow" excellent first class service.

I was kept informed of delivery time and regularly updated if there was a change of delivery time. I was also called approx 20 mins before to confirm arrival time and they were spot on. Polite and helpful personnel made it easy.

Amazing

Amazing ! John & nick from TALG helped with two delivery’s and where so kind very efficent even phoned to say when they where delivering etc and helped bring it all in for me ! Great work guys .

ARROW WERE ENGAGED BY THE ELECTRICAL COMPANY IN IPSWICH HUGHES AND CO, TO TRANSPORT A NEW BOSCH FREE -STANDING FRIDGE THAT DOMESTIC & GENERAL HAD PURCHASED FOR US TO REPLACE OUR DEFUNK FRIDGE; FROM THE MINUTE HUGHES GOT INVOLVED THIS WAS A SEEMLESS PROFESSIONAL EXPERT SMOOTH OPERATION. SERVICE TO THIS STANDARD IS RARE, BUT WITH HUGHES AND CO IPSWICH FOLLOWED BY ARROW WHO ACTUALLY DELIVERED IT, NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TOROUBLE;MELISSA BROPHY AT HUGHES CONTACT CENTRE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ADD ON INSTILLATION AND COLLECTION OF OUR OLD FRIDGE; SHE WAS SUPERB AND A TOTAL CREDIT TO THAT COMPANY EVEN SENT US AN E MAIL CONFIRMING IT WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE ARROW DELIVERY. THEN AROW TOOK OVER AND CONFIRMED THEY WERE BOOKED. THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY TO US IN BOURNEMOUTH WE RECEIVED AN E MAIL GIVING TRACKING DETAILS.
ON THURSDAY 9TH JANUARY MORNING WE SPOKE WITH ARROW WHO CONFIRMED DELIVERY WAS IN PROGRESS. AND GAVE US THE TRACKING REFERENCE NUMBER AGAIN THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEN HALF HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY CHARLIE AND MARK PHONED TO SAY THEY WERE ONE STOP AWAY; AT 12.30 ISH THE TWO OF THEM ARRIVED. THEYE WERE OUTSTANDING. HAPPILY TOOK THE OLD FRIDGE AWAY, INSTALLED THE NEW ONE; THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, VERY KIND, A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE; WHAT A CREDIT TO ARROW THEY ARE;
WHAT A SHAME OTHER COMPANIES CANNOT FOLLOW SUCH INCREDIBLE PREMIER AND INDIVIDUAL SERVICE AS OFFERED BY ARROW AND HUGHES; THEY STAND OUT WAY ABOVE THE REST SO CONGRATULATIONS AND A HUGE THANK YOU TO BOTH COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS DAVE & SUE BURNINGHAM IN BOURNEMOUTH

Shocking,I ordered a fridge freezer to be delivered and paid extra to have the packaging and old appliance taken away.The fridge freezer was left in the middle of the house and the tenant was informed by the driver that they would have to put it in place.The packaging was left at the property along with the old appliance.I contacted appliance direct to arrange another suitable time and again failed to get picked up no call prior.Arranged a third pick up and had a call from the driver to say they were at the property an hour earlier than specified.I arrived at the property 5 minutes later and spoke with the tenant who said no one had called and no card left.Tried calling the driver back but got no answer.Wasted hours on these

Had a delivery on next day arrow…

Had a delivery on next day arrow decided that a week later was better and then told me they would give me a call a hour before and again decided calling me when they were out side was better don't use this company the depo couldn't even get hold of the driver if you want a service when they feel like it 5 star of you want your stuff when you order it maybe use someone else.

Disappointed

Booked taxi on line for Leeds airport. They were very prompt at communicating before I booked. Arrived at 2am. No communication from them. We saw several Arrow taxis outside but we had to queue at the “pre booked” Arrow Taxi office beforehand. Unfortunately the couple before us had problems and couldn’t find the booking, which meant we had to wait another 10 minutes until they eventually found it. Usually pre booked taxis notify you via text and they arrive without needing to queue. The driver was very nice and helpful. Disappointed.
