ARS/Rescue Rooter - Illinois Avaliações

I have an old house with lots of old pipes that can leak at any time. I had Terry come out again to do the same fix as he did with the cold water pipe except this is pre leak. Terry is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job. I will use him and the company over and over again with my future plumbing jobs

Eric was right on time & did a great job
stopping the bad leak in our toilet !

Because the workers were courteous, very kind and listen to what I had to say about my problem and fix the problem in a timely manner

Fixed the fan on my furnace

Our guy told me that I was using the wrong filter thickness. First time I was told that. Immediately bought the proper filter size.

Extremely helpful in getting to our house as soon as possible. And taking care if the issue we had

David and Omar, where both great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They both worked very hard and got the job done in a timely manner. They also explained to me anything I asked. Great installers!!

We called and you were here the same day, and by the next few days we had air, Every one was so very nice,

The ARS tech did a great job tuning up our a/c's for the summer months. Even our older system is running like a champ!

We were very happy with the service. Wewould recommend ARS to all

Our experience with this company was very positive, they were very knowledgeable about our situation, they arrived in a timely manner, very considerate of our home covering the complete floor when needed, completed the work in one day, all the workers were very pleasant, and when they were finished they left the house as clean as when they arrived. The installation is so much better than what we had, the whole house is equally cooled and heated.

I've had ARS for a number of years. Have never had a problem with them. Just keep up the good work
