I still haven't received the picture I ordered. It was never delivered to me. Fed Ex was no help. You have my payment, but I don't have my order.

The print was securely wrapped for shipping, and the frame, though wider than I thought it would be, is a stunning accent. Looks perfect in its place among the other abstracts on the wall.

Had to have our framed prints…

Framed pictures arrived broken twice but they promptly took care of the issues. Excellent customer service. Just be aware, quality is not that great for the framed wall art and the price they charge.

Unacceptably poor quality

I had been excited to receive my order of 36x54 inch 2001: A Space Odyssey Premium Giclee Print. That is, until I opened the package.

First of all the right edge of the print was badly creased, rendering it undisplayable. The poster had been packaged by rolling it around a poster tube, inserting it into a long rectangular box and stuffing construction paper into the spaces. Almost guaranteed to damage the poster.

Secondly, the quality of the print was just awful. This was supposed to be a premium print. What I received was a faded, pixelated facsimile of the original poster. Totally unacceptable. Clearly the resolution of the original image was not good enough for a print of this size and Art.com should not have been offering it for sale.

Customer service was good in fairly promptly providing a full refund when I sent them photos of the item. But they offered no explanation for why a substandard item was offered in the first place. I suspect a small print might be of acceptable quality, depending on your needs, but I don’t know and won’t be finding out. Buyer beware.

Received only 3 of 4 prints and in very much the wrong color

I received 3 of the 4 prints I ordered on June 18. The prints which were sold as "Sepia tone" came in a very vivid green. I asked for replacement photos to be sent in the correct Sepia color. I did not receive the female figure at all. I requested a replacement print of that too. I contacted art.com support by email on June 24 and haven't heard back. I expected a return email at least stating that my email had been received and someone was working on it. Order # 2001699782
Shipment ID 51483332. I plan to followup with a phone call. Unfortunately this is very disappointing since I'm afraid the replacements will not arrive in time for my open house.

Cheap

My bad for thinking I was buying art on canvas.. I'd never pay that kind of money again for the paper print that I received. Totally not worth the cheap, non vibrant print totalling $50 with shipping.

Every piece of art work I purchase from Art.com is always the finest I could ask for. It's always right, it's packaged so nice and protected from shipping damage. I love your website

I love your website, easy to find what I like. zero problem ordering and shipping, is wasn't Amazon but who am I to compare. Packing, you need to tell the help boxes are bigger than the idem so you can put crinkled paper to save the corners from being crushed. Yes my beautiful art piece has a crushed corner, and a deep dent on the side. Only one piece of crinkled paper to protect my picture, it's not noticeable hanging above the bed and I realize good workers are impossible to find.

The piece came with no protection so it was bent and creased. Some of the colors didn't even print. I got a refund because I had no faith that a new order would arrive any better.

Fern poster…

I ordered a poster which arrived well packed and in good condition. Quality of the poster is good. The only downside was that it took 15 days to arrive.
