They responded to my text and email and followed on that.

Two boxes with the same information on both box and two different colors in the boxes. You waste two weeks of my time trying to figure this out and then just sort of say oh well, we’ll give you a credit. I don’t think you understand the problems that created for my company and the homeowner. I just not sure that you don’t know what you don’t care. Very disappointed. Nothing was rude said just nothing got done. I understand that you have to deal with someone in another country, but you need to be better prepared for when things do go wrong. That job cost me thousands of dollars because you can’t explain why you have two different color products in a box with the same identification numbers. The fact that that baffles you, it baffles me. You probably shouldn’t ever ask me for another customer experience survey OK

All of the tiles that I ordered arrived on time and in great condition! My basement project is done and looks great. Really great experience!

I ordered interactive play tiles for my toddler and found them on this website. Shipping included a very sturdy box, and it was received rather quickly. My toddler and older kids love them!

I am very grateful that Art3D are willing to give me a refund on the product I purchased.

I was disappointed in the the product. It was not what I thought it would be. The depth of the pattern is too deep for a ceiling.

I had to follow up three times (took a day waiting, just to respond back with a, we will look into this) just to determine the status of my order. After waiting a full week, I was then told it would not ship until next week. At no point was I proactively updated.

When I asked whether a discount could be offered due to the delay and inconvenience, I was told the item was already on clearance. The only alternative presented was a full refund, which was not a practical solution because my customer has already been waiting for the order. Not a deal breaker, just not ideal. The response time and follow up is more the reason behind my rating.

At this point, my only option was to ask that it be shipped as soon as possible. So far, the overall experience has fallen well below an acceptable standard, particularly in terms of communication, accountability, and customer service.

Fast delivery easy to match up with other tiles

The samples that I ordered came quickly. I am pleased with the choices and I know we will be able to decide on 2 different colors that will work in our Wellness center.

I am absolutely impressed with not only the quality of the WPC Slats I received (Walnut) but also the cost of shipping (FREE) and how quick shipping was. I have product from Wood Veneer Hub and not only is it almost double the price as what is offered by Art 3D, but it doesn’t feel as good in quality. The waterproof WPC slats look very real like stained wood and it looks triple the price

I really wanted this product to work and spent a significant amount of time sourcing the correct finish for a client project. Unfortunately, the experience was inconsistent across multiple orders and vendors carrying the Art3d product line. Several shipments arrived in the wrong color/finish despite being labeled otherwise, which created delays, additional returns, and unnecessary coordination for an active design project.

The panels themselves can look nice once installed, but buyers should be aware that finish consistency and fulfillment accuracy may vary depending on the seller/vendor. I would strongly recommend confirming the exact finish before ordering, especially if color matching is important to your project.

The product was just what I saw online very nice and true to color. I am very pleased with it and the service was fast. I also appreciated that I was sent a delivered notice by this company as we had work going on at our house and thought the delivery was a workmans supply.

My experience has been awful. I can’t get an expected delivery date nor any shipper number. When I call customer service I get an English as second language agent who is difficult to understand and completely helpless in providing service. I will have to contact my credit card company to reverse charges given their failure to deliver. Very disappointing.

Great product with wonderful customer service! I was sent the wrong color of wainscoting. I contacted the company, they asked for photos and once the error was confirmed they immediately processed a return label and sent out a replacement! They were very easily to get in touch with and very responsive! Highly recommend this company!

Product quality is great and delivered securely. Ordering was a bit wonky, after confirming my address twice, they returned to inform my preferred color was out of stock. In fact, only 2 colors were available. I modified the order, which was then shipped promptly.
