One of the posters I ordered turned out to be out of stock in the size I ordered, which was disappointing but I was informed quickly and not charged for my second choice which was a wonderful gesture. Arrived nicely packaged and on time. Great service. Will buy again.

Gorgeous and quirky earrings
Beautifully made and presented earrings! The packaging alone showed care and craft, while the earrings are quirky, finely crafted and perfect. I'm always looking for interesting and different earrings so these were a great find.

It has become my favorite spot for finding gifts for any occasion. On my last visit, I was looking for a housewarming gift for a friend. As soon as I entered, I was surrounded by an incredible variety of items, from kitchen gadgets to beautiful home decor. The staff greeted me warmly and offered to help me find something special. I eventually settled on a gorgeous set of hand-painted mugs that were not only functional but also artistic. The staff helped me choose a lovely gift box, and I left feeling like I had found a truly special gift. My friend absolutely loved it! Every visit is a delight, and I can’t wait to see what else they have in store.

Art and Soul went above and beyond, when l made a recent purchase!
I have a fat wrist and requested a larger size bracelet. Surprisingly this was made to order and was dispatched swiftly, and l absolutely love it! I had reason to call the store and they were delightful and efficient. I will definitely use Art and Soul in the future!

Thank you for the feedback, we love that you think the earrings are cute! Due to the many and diverse range of products we sell we needed to streamline our postage options. We now offer, Free Click & Collect, Free Royal Mail First Class on all orders over £30 and a flat rate of £4.50 for Royal Mail First Class on all orders under £30.
Nice product, fast delivery. Just didn't receive notification about delivery.
The product was of nice quality and as described. Delivery was fast, however, I did not receive a notification that it would arrive on the day of delivery, but there were no major issues. Overall, happy.

We're so pleased your order arrived quickly and that you like the quality of the products. We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all of our orders as we find this to be the most reliable. We send out dispatch notifications when we have taken parcels to the post office but, unfortunately, Royal Mail doesn't offer live tracking or timeslot options for this service.

Excellent customer service and fantastic products. Unfortunately when my order arrived there had been some damage caused during transit but the brilliant team were really helpful and resolved the issue for me.
