Vor mehr als drei Wochen habe ich im Shop ArtemiC gekauft und immer noch keine Lieferung erhalten oder wenigstens eine Info zum Status bekommen. Vom Support bekomme ich auch keine Antwort (es wird einfach nicht reagiert oder zurück geschrieben), sodass ich ziemlich verärgert bin. Das Produkt wurde von mir auch sofort nach der Bestellung bezahlt, umso unverständlicher ist dieser schlechte Kaufabwicklung und Support. So ein Desaster mit einem Shop habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt!!

Op 21 augustus 2023 heb ik 2 flesjes Artemic besteld en betaald en op 18 september 2023 heb ik 1 flesje besteld en betaald. Echter heb ik niets ontvangen. Ik heb heel veel tijd gestopt om contact te krijgen met Artemic.NL wat op geen enkele manier lukte. Ook op mijn e-mails die ik stuurde werd niet gereageerd. Ik heb me er bij neer gelegd en had sterk het gevoel dat ik was opgelicht. Ook vond ik het jammer dat ik het niet meer kon gebruiken omdat ik wel tevreden over het product was. Nu kwam ik een soortgelijke review tegen waardoor ik besefte dat ik niet de enigste was die niks had ontvangen en zijn geld kwijt was. Ik heb nu weer geprobeerd om contact op te nemen met het bedrijf, maar dat is nog steeds niet mogelijk. Ik hoop op deze manier toch nog in contact te komen met het bedrijf, want ik heb 179,85 over gemaakt op hun rekening en niets ontvangen.

02-04-2024: Uiteindelijk wel een reactie gehad met excuses en inmiddels ook het flesje binnen.....waar ik erg blij mee ben omdat ik weet dat het werkt. Kom net thuis vanuit het ziekenhuis 8 dagen gelegen met een longonsteking en mowt nu revalideren.... waarbij dit flesje ArtemiC zeker bij gaat helpen.

Besteld, betaald en niets geleverd. Onmogelijk om contact te maken en geen reacties op mijn e-mails.

Believe this could be effective but more is needed. I felt progress being made with my Long Covid symptoms but amount of spray provided is just not enough.

Plenty of people like me willing to pay up for the right treatment but $80.+ for 5 ml won't do.

Yep just like they deceive their shareholders I had 60000 shares in the company only a very small shareholder but cost me $1992 .00 so they do a consolidation and give me 60 shares worth $30 I can never get my money back thank you mgc but all that counts with you people is yourselves certainly not the battler a holes

Thank you for the fast delivery. Sadly the product that was sent was really close to the expiry date. The product dosage was too high for me so I could only use 0.6ml per day tesulting in having to throw away onr and a half bottles wich I could have used if the product was a bit fresher.

Die Behandlung mit Artemic hat mit gut getan. Mit der Kündigung des Abos hat es sehr gut geklappt. Bin sehr zufrieden

Fast shipping. Packaging could be better (byrd/external fulfillment center in Germany), included a coupon for another shop (sanaswiss). No products listed, search function didn't work either (Safari+Firefox). Ordered through the official shop, after reading through the 'Terms and Conditions'. Should bei easier to distinguish the official shop from other online shops.
This ist my second order of Artemic C, I liked the old glass bottle more, but very pleased with the product itself.

I am suffering from long COvid and tried your product expecting to improve of my symptoms ( mainly fatigue). After I tried Artemic Rescue it not just didn't help me but made me feel even worse. So don't recommend that product to anyone - they only deceive you into buying a useless spray.!

It is a really good product for illness and I took it for two days, I didnt need anything else and I become better eventually very fast effect.
The team response cery fast when I got an expired bottle they send me a new one with a money refunded for the custom cost only.
However the price really expensive.

Difficult communication, late delivery (13 business days with DHL Express instead of 2-3 days), broken packiging. Under these circumstances I refused to receive the package and expect a full refund.
