Arthouss themselves were fine no issues at all apart from the shipping time quite a while before we receive our wardrobe.

Just the instructions with the wardrobe were terrible. Took myself about 6-7 hours to build them had to add additional support to the frame. Looks fantastic all finished and the l.e.d lights give the wardrobe a nice feel.

The purchase process was seamless with good communication from Arthauss, however when contacted by the delivery company who asked if they could deliver at 6am I categorically and emphatically said absolutely no earlier than 7am, due to personal family reasons…the delivery company simply ignored my request and without any further communication, knocked on my door at 6am!…it caused significant problems.

Lovely tv unit, it took some time to assemble it but was worth it

Order arrived exactly on time. All brought into house and placed where we wanted it.
We put it together ourselves, little bit awkward but we managed it. Very pleased with final result. Would definitely recommend.

Parts missing, chipped, just overall unhappy, draw sliders bent. Got the joiner coming to put new ones on.

There was great communication from them between ordering & delivery. I received updates, and chances to check the delivery address was correct. It arrived early within the dates estimated when ordering. It arrived on the date they had confirmed, & I received a text about an hour before it arrived to narrow down exact delivery time. Cheerful delivery drivers brought it all into the hallway for me. Nothing bad to say.

The item I bought was available for different prices from many retailers online, but I ordered from Arthauss because they had the best reviews for customer service, and happy customers who recieved what they ordered on time. And that was my experience with them too.

Recently bought a lovely wardrobe from Arthauss. The wardrobe was easy to build (if you're used to flat pack furniture) and very sturdy. From ordering to delivery, everything ran smoothly, and we were well informed about the order progress.
