After a very long wait, the Mango wood Drink cabinet arrived. It was worth the wait. Its absolutely gorgeous. I contacted Artico a couple of times re the delivery status and they were very polite and helpful.

Very good service, keeped me informed at all times.
Made me feel special and when I connect them they couldn't be more helpful.
My table was very good quality and the delivery service was excellent.

Excellent service from Artico, and the product is absolutely brilliant and high quality - we love it. They were very open and honest about the lead times on the product, and kept us updated throughout. The cabinet was well worth the wait. Only slight blemish is the courier company who delivered (not Antico directly), were extremely rude and did not offer a service expected for a product costing nearly £1000.00 and could have potentially damaged the cabinet with the way they treated getting it into the house!! - more of a note to Artico, than a complaint. We would definitely buy from Artico again.

Delivery was quick and spot on. The quality of the sideboard is great and we absolutely love the item. It was slightly lighter and a little more rustic in appearance than we expected from the photos, but we decided to keep it and are very happy with it overall. Customer service was also excellent and offered a collection and full refund immediately if needed.

We ordered the mango TV cabinet and given delivery date in mid March the company then informed us that there would be a delay of around 4 weeks, which we accepted, we previously had another piece of furniture which had also been delayed.
However when the piece of furniture eventually arrived the TV cabinet was far far lighter than the website pictures.
I contacted the company who informed that it was just a different shade due to wood being a natural material, or brightness on my phone 🤨.
I asked the company to check other TV units in stock for a darker looking version as per their website pictures which clearly shows the much darker finish, unfortunately we had no response to this request.
Overall very disappointing, waiting 3 months for the TV unit and having a totally different colour even taking into account the natural wood it was made from.
I took some further close up pictures, which they also said were ok in-terms of colour.
It’s very obvious the unit hadn’t been finished to the correct darker finish specification.
Finally the company then put new pictures of the unit in the lighter finish on their website, after we bought this to their attention.
Artico were happy to give a refund, which I have accepted, however that’s missing the point, all we wanted after such a long wait and spending £540:00, was the TV unit in the colour we ordered.
Just a shame the company didn’t help resolve the issue as requested, as I am sure we aren’t the only costumers that have had this issue.

Bar cabinet arrived as expected and was well packed and well constructed. Item was delivered to room of choice.

A very good all round experience with Artico Interiors and I shall revisit the website and social media posts in case some new pops up I like and is needed.

Overall, we are very disappointed with the service and the quality of what was presented as a high-end piece of furniture.
Order and delivery: We ordered on 9 February 2026 and were advised of a mid-March delivery date. Delivery was delayed and rescheduled for 17 April. We were offered a £30 discount for the delay, but the unit still cost £649.99.
Condition on arrival: The unit was very well packed, but the amount of packaging meant we had to cut a lot of it to get the heavy unit out. After assembly, we noticed a dent in one of the end doors, and it (along with the two main doors) did not line up or close properly.
Resolution offered: We asked for a further refund and were offered £80 (said to be the maximum), or alternatively, to re-pack and return the unit for a replacement once received. Because the packaging had been cut up, a return was not possible. Even if a replacement and collection were arranged at the same time, the couriers would not have waited for us to unpack the new unit and re-pack the old one. We were hoping for at least a 25% refund, given the issues. This was increased to £90, which we have received, but we still feel let down.
Build quality: A friend who is a furniture maker advised that, given the weight of the unit’s front doors, the hinges supplied are of poor quality and should have been stronger. He has kindly provided stronger hinges, which have made the unit more solid; however, this is not something we should have had to resolve ourselves.
Conclusion: It is a shame to receive a product marketed as high-end when the finish, alignment, and supplied hardware do not reflect that. Based on this experience, we would think twice before using you again.

Lovely piece of furniture. However, even though packaging was excellent the furniture still has crush damage on one of the corners. Disappointed 😞

Delivery a little later than expected but item arrived very well packaged and protected.
Very happy with my new sideboard, very well made and very solid, my only criticism is it's a lot lighter in colour than it appears on the website pictures, but I still love it

The coffee table is great . There was great communication from both Artico and the delivery company they use . I was kept well informed and it all went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved , is that it was covered in dust when it was packed so I had to give it a good clean when I unbound it .

Overall, my experience with this purchase was positive. The ordering process was straightforward and everything was easy to navigate.

Delivery was smooth and the item arrived in good condition, well packaged and protected. Communication was clear throughout, which made the process feel reliable.

The table itself is a beautiful, high-quality piece and definitely lived up to expectations in terms of design and appearance.

The only downside I would highlight is a product detail rather than the service, which is the lack of soft-close hinges. Aside from that, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I waited two months for this TV unit, and it was a total waste of time. The item arrived with two large shoe prints right on the top surface—clearly, no one cares about quality control at the warehouse.
The defects are endless:
• The wood is damaged on the side.
• There is a massive dip in the top panel.
• The doors are completely uneven and won't align even after adjusting the hinges.
When I complained, they offered a pathetic £20 refund. When I told them that was an insult, they said I could return it. Why should I have to spend my own time dismantling and repacking a heavy, "sh*t" product and waiting around for a courier because they sent me a damaged item?
It is disgraceful to make the customer do the work to fix the company’s incompetence. I shouldn’t have to waste another minute on this. Avoid this company at all costs.
