Ho recentemente acquistato albero Montana Slim Premium PP/PVC 195. L'albero è bellissimo e sembra naturale, facile da montare.

I chose to order from Royal Christmas and am so pleased I did! From start to finish the service has been exemplary, I ordered my tree on Tuesday 13th December and it arrived on Thursday 15th December! It was well packaged and the tree itself is beautiful! Very realistic and excellent value for money. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I ordered garlands to decorate our store and was a bit worried due to the mixed results on this site (funny enough, they have great reviews on the dutch version of the site) but I am definitely satisfied. The garlands look wonderful and I do think it was a good price for such quality. Our store now looks a lot more profesional than before. The goods arrived very fast - within three days despite the fact that it has to cross bordes. I would shop here again. My only complaint is that the website is quite slow.

The Tree Maine White 180 cm itself is not good Quality! I would Post a Picture if I could! The picture online looks good, but in real not good....Very bad for such a big wholesale dealer....

Placed an order on Thursday evening, the website was experiencing technical issues and kept crashing,
I got through to the payment page entered my details and an error message came up saying please try later we are trying to resolve the problem,
As no email of the order or invoice was recieved I tried again later,
Payment went through and i recieved an email confirmation with invoice straight away.
It was only when I checked my bank account the next day and recieved 2 emails from the delivery company did i see that my first payment had actually gone through.
Contacted them straight away and got no where, the firsr order cant be cancelled and im expected to send the item back and pay for postage!! im also £131 out of pocket and refunds can take upto 3 weeks to process which at Christmas time when I have a family is no good at all.
They won't even accept that they are at fault, its completely frustrating, if an email and invoice had been sent i wouldn't have gone ahead and tried to re order!
I wish now that I had ordered elsewhere, with a company who appreciates and respects its customers

I bought a wonderful, wonderful tree from Royal Christmas in December 2012 and, other than one problem which I caused and they were wonderful in fixing, the whole process was smooth and speedy. I cannot recommed them highly enough and I LOVE my tree!

I ordered a nice 7 foot Christmas tree, and it's great and was delivered in time and in perfect condition
