What a fab experience!

Communication was spot on throughout. I ordered about 4 weeks in advance, selected my own box and handpicked the contents from a great selection at good prices.

The hamper was delivered in perfect condition by DHL on my selected delivery date, and the recipients were thrilled with everything.

A fantastic hamper company, I’ll definitely use them again and would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking to create and send a custom food hamper.

I really liked that I could chose which products I wanted in the hamper.
I made a mistake with the delivery address, I emailed them and it was corrected immediately.
I think I got the hamper 2 days after ordering.

Good selection of items and like the box option (vs wicker basket). Something for everyone - makes a great family Christmas gift. I did request a delivery on a specific date, but this wasn't taken into account and delivered earlier than I'd wanted, but as nothing in the hamper perishable, not a huge issue.

Able to customise what you wanted in the hamper and was delivered when they said it would be with proof of delivery. Excellent service and would use them again !

This was a Christmas gift for my elderly Aunt and Uncle and I know it arrived safely, tracking was excellent and really helpful. I know they were both thrilled with it and quickly stored the fresh food in the fridge. This is my third year of ordering from this company and I made an error this time but it was swiftly rectified by the customer services team.

Good website and easy to assemble the hamper. Fast delivery with tracking info. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is that I didn't receive the goods to know what they were like as it was a gift!

Good products, but delivered a day early (the recipient works M-Fri) so I requested a Saturday delivery. Fortunately the box arrived quite late on Friday afternoon (DHL) and the recipient was home. They were delighted with the contents, so I am pleased. Thank you for your overall service.

If you're planning to order from these people be EXTRA careful with your delivery options around Christmas! I placed an order for delivery on December 23rd but because their checkout defaults to the faster delivery date it was delivered at the beginning of December.

I contacted customer service to ask why, and was given a stroppy response that they "had told me twice" that the delivery would be quicker than I wanted. It turned out that during checkout you have to specifically select the more expensive option to choose a set date rather than accepting the default option which will overwrite whatever date you chose.

Sloppy website aside, the product isn't special. Most of the goods in it can be found at Waitrose, M&S or the Selfridge's food hall - there's nothing particularly artisan here. It's handy for branding options and for putting a number of different products in one hamper without having to shop around but this experience will absolutely be my last.
