Good quality supplies let down by delivery service.
The choice of items is good, and was well packed.
Sadly, the delivery parcel was left in a car parking space outside in the pooring rain. There was no attempt to deliver to the door, or contact the recipient to inform them the parcel had arrived.

Service easy to use. A good selection of items to choose from. Very quick response from customer service. Recipient’s very happy with the hamper.

I wanted to send a gift hamper to my brother who lives in the UK. I searched a number of websites before finding Artisan Deli Market, There I found the perfect hamper and placed my order. I wanted to change the delivery date and so I emailed Customer Service with my inquiry. A service representative, Annie, was able to reschedule the delivery date. She also noticed that I had failed to include a greeting and asked if I would to add one. I was grateful that I was still able to get my birthday message included.

Additionally, I received multiple text messages from Artisan Deli Market with updated tracking on my gift. I also received a notice that the hamper had been delivered. I would definitely use Artisan Deli Market again in the future.

Good updates regarding delivery. It was a birthday present and loved I could pick the items. One star off as a lot of the smaller chutneys were not available. My friend loved the gift and I felt it was a cut above the ordinary cheese and wine hampers
