HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE --- STAY AWAY!!!
I bought a painting and - after waiting for over 2 months - it arrived damaged and shoddy (broken frame, spots of black oil paint on the canvas, globs of white oil paint).
Artisoo's policy specifically states they will take returns if the customer is not 100% satisfied. After going on for months with their customer support, they blatantly refused to take it back and routinely told my credit card company I didn't send them pictures of the damage or communicate with them, which I did (many times I referred to those pictures with customer support, but was ignored).
I repeatedly asked to return the painting, only to be told they feared customs - so they would generously offer me a tiny credit on a $300 product. Here is what they would write, as example:
"You know, it is not convinient for you to return the painting. And sometimes the package would be refused by the Customs.
I will apply to our company to give you a more better refund. I think you can like it. Thank you very much!"
I want to return it, not a "more better refund"!!!!!
Their paintings are of low quality and their morality is non-existent.

I am now stuck, out hundred of dollars, because I was sent a broken, shoddy product and THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.
The "painting" now sits in corner in my basement, soon to be thrown out in the garbage.
