I'd give negative stars if I could

I'd give negative stars if I could. This is an absolute and utter scam from start to finish. "Membership" (to the tune of $10/month) gives you exactly...nothing. Thank God I only did the $10/month subscription and not the paid in full! If I'm out $10, I can live with it -- now I know! I feel bad for anyone who paid in full, because they're out $100 and they get literally...NOTHING. How is this even legal? ETA: F+W Media is now Golden Peak Media.

Never got my order and no customer service!

I ordered a drawing magazine and $19.00 was charged to my credit card. I never received the mag. and after several emails to customer service have had no response. There is no other way to communicate with this company. Clearly a scam. Go elsewhere.

Hope springs eternal, but...

Well I have had a subscription for the past year and it was truly great. There was one time that I had to call Customer Service and there was help there. Now my children have re-subscribed for me as a Christmas gift and I am hoping I can actually use it. I say hopefully because in visiting the site just now everything seems to have changed and I cannot get in to view the classes I’d like to see. It is New Year’s Day so they are undoubtably closed but I am going to try to get through this week. Otherwise, I will advise my children to reverse the cc charge for the subscription. The other writer is correct to say this is a very valuable service/idea (gold mine she said!) and they are just screwing it up. We’ll see.

I GIVE UP! I started to order the annual subscription to artist network TV--but it is so CONFUSING to even register or figure out what to do--so no thank you. Honestly, I hold two graduate degrees but trying to get through the maze of directions that make no sense, is more than frustrating. You have just lost a customer. I find it absolutely amazing that getting an annual subscription to Artists Network TV could be as pleasant as getting a root canal. This company is sitting on a gold mine, and is screwing this up so badly. I will just order DVDs from Amazon--at least I am helped along during the process. Specifically, after I tried to register to do the annual subscription purchase--there was no way to get back to the shopping cart. Then, you're left hanging. You don't know whether you have to register again or what they want. If it's this confusing with a big purchase, I can imagine the headache that looking at the downloads will be. I've been reading shoppers experience and now I'm one of the disappointed. I know the company is in trouble--this could be why.

No Service. No Customer Service. Go Elsewhere!

Be FOREWARNED!

If you pay for a subscription to this service you'll ALSO HAVE TO PAY TO VIEW EACH AND EVERY VIDEO ON TOP of the subscription price.

PLUS they keep on charging you every month for the subscription.

AND if you purchase a video - you DON'T GET TO DOWNLOAD IT. You can only keep viewing it if you maintain a subscription.

Can you spell total RIPOFF?

I've just spent an hour and a half trying to sign up for the streaming for this site. Every time I try, I get sent to a 502 bad gateway error indicating that it's Host Error.

For a company that is in the business of streaming videos 24/7, they don't offer any kind of technical or customer service support except during regular M-F hours. WHAT????

I called the numbers provided and am not even allowed to leave a message. The recording lists hours and another number to call and then hangs up on you. WTH???

Next I researched online to find out if there might be an issue stating the site was down for some reason and found complaints going back to 2005 regarding this issue.

I was planning of a full day of lessons and painting. I'm counting myself lucky that I didn't spend $200 for a years subscription that I wouldn't be able to use.

Recommendation? Find some place else. Heck, youtube alone with all the freebies is better managed that ArtistsNetwork . com!

I paid $50 for access to videos and an e-book. But I can't access or download anything. I have called and been on hold for over 20 minutes - 2 x's - and no one ever answered the phone. I have emailed twice and no response. I have gone on their chat and never heard back. I am going to complain and have my credit card company stop payment. Terrible customer service.

the content is amazing. Hopefully we could all figure out the login.

I give it five stars for the content. The platform is the reason that some give it bad reviews but this may have to do with your device and not with the site. It’s something that each individual has to figure out. That said, I hope in the future this should be easier because the content of the videos are amazingly done.

I purchased an online all-access Artists Network TV and have been overcharged and cannot cancel

I purchased an online all-acces Artists Network TV subscription and they have double-billed me for 3 months. I have tried 6 different emails and two phone numbers that are posted for customer service, and no one has any idea how to cancel my subscription or refund the overcharge. I canceled online and removed my debit card info - and I still got a double charge today for this month, even though my account says I suspended it. My bank is going to issue a new debit card to prevent further charges. I have never been so frustrated.

Videos no longer open on IPads.

I have a 1 year subscription that I have used on my IPads many times. Today I can no longer get videos to open on any of my 3 IPads. Neither ArtistNetwork or Apple can help me resolve the problem. ArtistNetwork should work with Apple to resolve this problem or give me a refund.
