They have gone above & beyond when servicing my partners ring set!! We’ve had the rings for almost 10 years, and still get tons of compliments! Amazing customer service as well!

We ordered my wedding set 10 years ago. For our 10th anniversary my husband had my rings restored, as well as purchased a second wedding band. Gnel is absolutley amazing! I wish I could give more stars. Gnel not only restored my set and made the new matching band, he custom fit the ring since I have such small fingers, and replaced loose damaged stones at no extra cost. Couldn't be more pleased with his wonderful customer service, and craftsmanship.

Ordered my then fiancé now husbands ring in 2021 and he did not listen to the “take off when cleaning “ rule so he beat it up pretty badly. I sent the ring back for refinishing and unfortunately USPS lost it! Gnel worked with me to replace it and remake an entirely new ring. As other stated he is very direct in communication but he easily answered all my questions quickly and my ring was remade within 2 weeks.

Looked for a specific Dragon ring and was so excited to find a purple gold ring for my fiancé. Went to a local jeweler in Colorado to see about selling it. They tested the ring, and it is not gold. The site says if the ring is changed in any way they won't offer returns but the only way to test is to scratch the surface. They cover up that they are not using real gold and when we contacted them, we received a reply with numerous typos and blaming us for having the ring tested. They also said that since we said it is fake and not real gold, they would not help us. I knew ordering jewelry online is risky, but this is FRAUD!!

I saw the site 2 years ago and the rings looked wonderful. I have gathered some money (2500$) in order to buy one, but I would not spend that much money if I wasnt sure that their business is legit and not a fraud. I was suspicious because for every ring they have only one picture, they do not have an in person store and they do not have reviews in their site. So I sent them this exact e-mail below: Dear ArtMasters Jewelry team,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is ......, and I am interested in purchasing a ring from your collection. Before proceeding, I would appreciate some clarification regarding the legitimacy of your business. As I am considering a significant investment of $2,500, I would like to ensure that your website is trustworthy and that I am not at risk of any potential fraud.
Could you kindly provide any proof or assurances regarding the authenticity of your site and services? Any information you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

"Have you done your own research, what did you learn? You think the retail services you see would of been there if this was not legit? We check you "potential customer" for a fraud thats for sure.

Now a smart person will just run from a company that writes something so rude, and especially after reading some reviews here its a big no no... Be careful out there

I simply had a great experience. I ordered the R453-14KYGR for my fiancé. The ring came in the exact window of time they said. The communication along the way was great, my emails were responded to very quickly. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t have been more excited about the ring.

A few months ago, I ordered a fine Italian engagement and matching wedding ring from Gnel, an 18-carat white gold bridal set for my fiancé, which is the finest lab created hot pink sapphire I have ever seen, a 1.5 carat princess cut with 31 natural diamond accent stones for both rings!

For myself, I ordered a men’s 3-carat princess cut, lab created hot pink sapphire center stone, with two triangle white sapphire accent stones, also set in 18 carat white gold. Gnel, is not just about making money, he takes pride in his craft of creating fine jewelry at an affordable price.

Gnel, aims to please his customers, he patiently explains things to me. Gnel, has integrity, and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He truly wants what will look best on the married couples’ fingers. Gnel, made me feel safe and reassured throughout his creative process.

I have spent just under $5,000 with Gnel for three rings, the goods and customer service are impeccable. At first, I was quite nervous spending such a large amount of money over the internet with a jeweler I never met in person.

I showed Gnel’s rings to other jewelry and gemstone wholesalers in Miami and I asked them if they could beat his prices? They all said the same thing to me, “I cannot beat his price, you received a good deal for high end and unique custom made jewelry that I have never seen before.”

I am leaving a 100% honest review as a customer that found these rings many years ago. I read a lot of the old reviews and they must not have asked about the colored coating on metal because of course it wears off! I got a white gold ring with deer on it, my dream ring, and customized the stones. It is the most beautiful wedding ring I have ever seen -- everyone comments on it when I'm out and asks me where I got it. My husband bought it in 2015 and I have worn it ever since Oct 2015 on our wedding day. One stone became lose recently and I put off taking it to a jeweler to tighten or care for the ring as one should do. So I woke up one morning and the stone was gone! I was able to contact them and get replacement stones and they sent the other stones in my ring in case. I paid for one stone and they sent ALL of them. They worked with me when my post office made a huge mistake and lost the package and sent it back to them. They went above and beyond to return it. I am so grateful. It is my 8 year anniversary and I'm so grateful still for my dream ring. The gold has never tarnished and the stones are sparkly.

I received my new Art Masters Jewelry ring about a month ago. I purchased the men's 950 Platinum Micro V Pave Diamond Modern French Ring for myself. I knew that when I ordered it, I would, first, get great service, since this is my second purchase from Art Masters (I received great customer service throughout the process), and, second, that it would like be even more beautiful than it is represented on the site. It is! When I opened the box, it was so impressed with how stunning it is. The craftsmanship is just as impressive as the first ring I purchased which was a 14K white gold with emeralds. I knew that I had purchased quality since I've received many compliments over the years wearing the first ring I purchased. Even the sales representatives I purchase from at Cartier and Tiffany all complimented my first ring and asked where I purchased it. I suspect when I next make visits to each store wearing this new ring, I will be questioned again about this new acquisition from Art Masters, since it is even more visually alluring than my first purchase. Very happy with my custom made necklace for my daughter’s birthday. Came in a lovely personal box and packaging.

I am trying to be objective about this and not immediately give 1 star, but honestly I am not thrilled with the quality, design, or inability to contact anyone regarding the engagement ring as I was not "the customer." (I have sent an email through their Product Inquiry page, as that was the only place I found to try and contact anyone as I had not been the one to make a purchase. My specific question was regarding their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" because I am most certainly NOT satisfied.)

I was given a 10k white gold amethyst ring, and I have had nothing but bad experiences with it.

It is unwieldy in height, the faux double-ring setting is uncomfortable, and I have ruined all of my knit sweaters because it catches and scratches on everything.

The metal is already scratched to hell and back after two months of owning it (I sit and type at a computer all day, and do not wear the ring when doing physical activities or showering, so there is no way this level of damage is my fault).

The gemstone at the bottom of the ring in the sizing area cuts into my hand whenever I try to hold anything (like opening a water bottle lid). And, by virtue of it being there, the ring cannot be resized so you are forced to buy another ring if your finger/hand changes size in the future.

There are no hand pictures on the official website, with the tiniest note that "all images are renderings" which is a huge red flag for me as a consumer because it does not show what the ring actually looks like.

And with the way that the small gems are offset on the outside of the band both at the top and in the sizing area, the engagement ring and wedding band that comes with it cannot stack. Why make an engagement ring that cannot stack with its matching wedding band?

While I understand this style may be to someone's liking (they certainly have multiple renderings of the same exact rings), it seems disingenuous to have no actual photos or customer reviews on the site to see what you are getting before purchasing. I feel my fiance was duped, and now I need to find a new ring and wedding band for forever.
