I bought two for my Granddaughters of their cocker spaniel and they both love them. The Quality is really good and they can’t wait to start them.

Really great quality, the picture looked exactly like our photo. I really enjoyed painting it and am looking forward to ordering another one soon.

Absolutely love my highland cow picture, the different areas to paint are clearly marked plus there is a copy included to refer to if needed. The paints go on lovely and smooth. I have found doing my painting very relaxing but fun at the same time, i am loving seeing the picture start to take shape. I will definitely be buying from artnumbers again, for myself and as gifts.

I ordered a picture of our son and Dog, for my wife's birthday. The kit arrived and straightaway i could see it was a very good, quality product. The painting turned out amazing, and people think its a photo, very impressed with the service and highly recommend for a unusual gift, that you have spent time on rather than buying a ready made gift from a shop

I recently finished my customised painting by numbers painting. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. The numbered outline sketch was excellent. The paints and colours were very good. I bought 6 canvases . I have completed three and am delighted with them. I received 4 of the canvases rolled around foam. These were perfect. I received 2 folded in a box and had some difficulty ironing the crease out of them. Overall I would be very happy to recommend Artnumbers.co.uk.

Was skeptical at first on how the painting would turn out but the end result is fantastic. The whole process of creating my order, receiving it and ending with the beautiful final product is something I can’t recommend enough. Very disappointed, I ordered a Christmas present on the first week of December (it is now the 22nd). I still havnt received this item. I've had tracking details with Yodel now for 4 days and they still don't even have the parcel. No one ever replies to you via the contact form. Total scammers DO NOT BUY

I was bought one after I had came out of hospital, then I bought two and have been looking at getting more. I love all crafting, cross stitch being a particular favourite...but painting by numbers is definitely replacing my stitching. I did not think I would be interested in anything after being so ill but my son seems to know me better than I know myself and he bought me a psychedelic TIGER ( I adore Tigers, have cross stitched two )I never thought I would finish it but two weeks later it was done and I had never felt so relaxed and very pleased with my self, so huge thanks to you for selling them and even bigger thanks to my son for buying me one... the lock down is heaven for me I can just paint all day it is better than any medicine in my opinion.

Very poor customer service. We are still awaiting an order placed on 2nd December. We have been given tracking information for Yodel over a week ago but still Yodel do not have this parcel. We have emailed them twice and both times are fobbed off.

The most recent email from Artnumbers UK says they will tell Yodel to speed up. What?!?! They haven't even got the parcel. How can Yodel hurry up? Artnumbers need to hurry up. Why send consignment details to a carrier if they haven't even got the parcel ready yet?

Also no contact number. I don't trust companies who do not provide a contact number at all even after ordering. If I would have seen the website before my partner made payment we wouldn't have ordered based on there only being a contact form.

Initially the was a problem with my order when I received it (one of the items was the wrong one) but I just sent an email explaining what what I has got & a picture of the wrong item. I was emailed back very quickly with an apology & was informed the correct item would be sent straight away. It took a little while to arrive so I emailed again & I was insured it had been shipped & was sent the tracking number which helped because it had in fact been attempted to be delivered but there was no card through the door to notify me. So I used the link & tracking number I was sent to arrange redelivery. It arrived 2 days later than a had arranged but that is probably due to the volume of parcels Royal Mail have at the moment. The product itself seems to be of good quality. It’s a gift so I can’t comment on the end product

I ordered a personalised canvas which I want to do as a gift for my son and his wife.

It arrived quickly and sure enough it looks great on canvas. Although I haven't yet painted the complete picture, I can see that it is very much like them and I know that they will be delighted. Im so happy with the item that im going to order 2 more

I was so impressed with everything about this product. The kit was good quality and the print was so detailed! It took a long time to complete but was well worth it. I painted a boat which came out great. I would imagine people would be much harder!

So far my experience has not been great. I placed an order on 29th November and I am still waiting. I’ve been given tracking number but it never shows any update. I emailed again yesterday and had email back saying they double checked to see if it had been shipped and it’s been lost in transit. The company reported it yesterday..... isn’t that convenient timing.... my wife had her heart set on this painting so I best get this soon!!!!! Poor customer service, I know it’s Christmas so busier than usual but this is ridiculous

UPDATE: so I was told courier lost package and a second delivery had been arranged. It’s been a week now since I had email to say second delivery was arranged. Still nothing arrived, no update on tracking and as can be seen from their response below no refund was arranged either. If I could get 0 stars I would......

Second update: now they are saying they need to cancel second delivery and send a third one!!!! Yes you read it right a third delivery attempt. They are now saying they will refund my money when I receive the parcel!!!!!!!!! This is now beyond a joke!!!!

Another update: so they told me they would organise my refund and I am still waiting..... it’s disgraceful I have to continue to chase them

Very easy to upload my own photo which has turned out exactly how I wanted it. The paint and canvas paper are very good quality much better than ones Iv had in the past from other company’s. I absolutely loved painting my art numbers picture - it turned out exactly as I had hoped and has been sent to my Son and his fiancé in Australia. Can’t wait to start the next one! It’s a perfect way to create something beautiful in peace and quiet - it gives great quality time and I was totally engrossed in it for hours - thank you for such a lovely experience, will definitely do another 😊
