The print itself was great quality and feels worth the money. The customer service folks were very communicative. They understood and helped me solve issues that another poster vendor had created for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Artplate to anybody looking to decorate their space with personalized posters.

The only areas of improvement I feel were some edges where the paint had chipped off and some glass chipping around the drilled glass holes (which would be covered anyway but can be improved nonetheless)

even though the product was good, the team response was really bad and their website is trash. They don't respond at all and take nearly 20 days to send my order. if you want decent piece but then are ready to face trash customer services i would recommend this website.

I was promptly informed of the lack of wooden frames which I had originally ordered, and my questions were quickly clarified by the Artplate team.
