Brilliant website! I was scouring the internet, usual auction site and the bigger online place we're all familiar with. None of those websites had the technical details or correct information listed for me to make a confident decision on my purchase! I was looking for very specific bolts for a TV given to my mum since it was missing the stand, so I had taken it upon myself to source the bolts that would enable me to mount it to the wall via a VESA wall mount – those kits don’t come with the correct pitch bolts for the screen. The manufacturer (Samsung) no longer sold those bolt packs for the TV so I had to improvise!

After much research I was able to find out I needed M6 bolts of a specific length but with a fine pitch. Like I said, the other sites didn't provide me with confidence. When I found Arun Fasteners it felt like I came to the right place. It took me less than 30 seconds to find the bolt via the search BUT another key reason was the stock status, it showed the bolts in stock.

Other websites didn't give me a stock status on similar bolts hence I decided to buy from Arun Fasteners. The price was cheap considering I also paid for postage which I thought was reasonable. The bolts arrived quickly and I finally had the TV up on the wall.

Pricing works well as you can specify how many you want either buying small quantities or large.

I needed a few hard to find nuts/bolts for my classic campervan, and found them here. Nice, personal service which is a rarity in this age of not normally being able to speak to a human. Fast delivery and good quality components. Would absolutely recommend and use again in future.

Excellent service - always been quick to identify if they could fulfil our needs for "oddities" . Efficient delivery - could not ask for better service. When restoring and repairing vintage steam locomotives it is often difficult to source the right parts - the service from Arun is a great help.

Price was very reasonable and web order very efficient.
I did however visit on several occasions asking for advice on different nuts and bolts I needed for my classic car restoration and they didn’t like customers just coming to the desk.
If I had and queries I went to Namrick in Hove who gave excellent customer service on their counter.
