I have been paying this company for a while, and this is the first time I ever had to call them for a repair. our HVAC stop working in the beginning of May 2026. They kept scheduling for a technician, but they would always cancel, saying that they don't have someone that can come to Fredericksburg VA. the company then gave us the option to get a local company to come give us a diagnostic, which they did and have sent their finding and recommendations. Now ARW keeps sending back messages for more details. ARW is doing a play with words game. Now the local HVAC company has dropped our claim and stated "this is why they don't work with warranty companies" I don't know how much more detail they can get; the system is old and there are multiple leaks. but ARW continues to give us the run around. next week it's going to be 100 degrees, and we have a pet dog. this is beyond poor service, and they continue to auto withdraw their monthly fee. We still have a non-working HVAC. we are extremely frustrated. at this point if I could give a -0 stars, I would.

Emergency Services don’t cost the client and their families their breathing. I would never recommend anyone to this company

The customer service agent immediately jumped in to resolve both of my concerns and provided a solution and an additional recommendation that he thought would benefit me and my family. Very appreciative.

I was going to cancel my service with ARW . Due to refund that would take 14 to 21 days . But I talk to Ms.Martha and she had great advice and great customer service. She gave me information that I should have gotten when I was told that my refrigerator had to be replaced. She informed me about GE to get a discount. Ms. Martha was great and patient.
