As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about the whole process but Latoya was so helpful from the very beginning and provided so much expertise, guidance and advice which really put my mind at ease. Latoya’s customer service is impeccable and she really goes the extra mile. During a week of extreme panic in the mortgage market, Jamie responded extremely quickly to arrange a new mortgage.
