Great, friendly service
We originally got our mortgage through Latoya, and had a great experience with her. We were contacted by Alexander Southwell mortgage services with a reminder that our remortgage was due, with plenty of time to sort things out. They were helpful and friendly throughout, and felt very approachable with any questions. Would highly recommend.

Mortgage application
Second time Jamie has done a mortgage for us. Can’t fault him. Communication at each stage was excellent. Was always available to talk through any issues and allay any fears. Will definately recommend and use Alexander Southwell again in the future.

Since the first conversation, I found him dedicated to offer me sincere advice regarding the whole process of mortgage application. For those like me, first time buyers and not familiar to the UK system, I was very anxious about the entire process, yet he guided me through every step of mortgage application till I received my mortgage offer.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service that these guys required - super fast, super efficient! First time buyers
We first contacted Jamie back in September 2019. As first time buyers we had quite a few questions and concerns. We ended up having quite a drawn out process with the vendor and the solicitor but thankfully we had no such issues with our mortgage. Jamie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He gave us all the information we needed, and was quick to respond to emails and calls. Making that part of our purchase stress free. We completed at the end of February 2020 and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alexander Southwell MS.
We would have no qualms about using them again in the future.
