We recently worked with AS Structural Engineers on the design of our double-storey rear extension, and we were extremely pleased with the service they provided from start to finish.

Mr Amir Sukander specified a 450mm wide x 1000mm deep strip foundation to support 'an existing non-load bearing wall'. Just think about it!

Mr Amir Sukander refused to remove this 'over-specified' structural item from the structural package when it was requested. Instead of cooperating to resolve the issue, additional hourly fees were requested before responding to relevant queries relating to this...

We have since received a threat email from Mr A Sukander, warning that the review is to be removed from Trustpilot by today. Some people don't seem to understand the concept of it all. The clue is in the name.

I want to write a review about AS Construction and Structural Engineer. I was recommended to contact Naveed. I must say they are excellent. All work was done on time, and they explained well during the progress of the planning, design, party wall and building control on our rear extension and structural alterations in a Victoria house; the work was very satisfying, and I'm pleased to have chosen AS Engineering Service, and we look forward to working with them on our next project. I knew nothing about a major Reno project but was recommended Amir at AS Construction & Structural Engineering, and have to say, this guy was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, generous with his time and quick. Highly recommend.
