The results were professional, however I don't think they should use Evri as a courier, I dropped the package on a Tuesday and Evri delivered on Friday afternoon.
Also the admin is not great, when I phoned to check progress on the Monday after the Friday Evri delivery, I was told the package hadn't been received, when I re-checked with Evri that they had delivered, I phoned again and a different employee answered and confirmed they had been received and the results mailed out to me, I asked to confirm email address and they had sent to a wrong address, when corrected I received the report as we were speaking on the phone, the report and testing are faultless, just admin needs some work

Poor customer service. Sample never made it to the lab (lost in transit), very unprofessional and rude communication from the customer service. Unauthorised refund following my clear request to have another test kit sent. My attempt to communicate further completely ignored. It seems that they have no process to follow in case of lost samples. Avoid this company, plenty others around offering the same service with a much better standard of customer care

Service was fine, and very helpful, but I returned sample by their courier same day, and turnaround was nearly seven days. Website promised a 24 hour turnaround, so not sure where the delay was, but website possibly needs to be clearer that the turnaround can be a week, not 24 hours!

An Estate agent thought the age of the kitchen ceiling tiles may have asbestos in them, never had never thought that could be the case, but safety first.
I found Asbestos kits online and bought a home sampling kit, took the sample carefully and packaged it off. I was emailed a few days later with thankfully a negetive result.
I`ve kept the report so if any prospective buyer needs to know I have the answer.

Great fast service

I can't judge whether the results are accurate. But, the kit arrived quickly. It was a simple process to follow, and the instructions were clear, and the response from the lab was very prompt. The result was what I was expecting, so I don't believe then to be correct.

The service delivered the results that were needed.
I had to pay the postage as the Evri interface did not recongnise the code.
Evri took 3 days to deliver the package and I had a hack on the service.

The contents of the kit contained everything you need to safely carry out a sample and the process of ordering and returning the sample is really easy.

We were impressed at how quickly the whole process was and we would recommend to others who may want to check for asbestos. It was not cheap but for our part necessary to check. Impressed.
