Product was as lovely as advertised. Very Happy

None of the six tops I ordered ran true to size. They weren't even close. All ran very small. The contact information provided was not accurate so I have no way of getting in contact with their customer service department to make a return. Quality of items received was disappointing. the cut and color of three items was not like the pictures on the website. Very disappointing. I would like to return three of the tops if someone would tell me how to contact customer service.

I would give negative stars if I could. Echoing all the 1 star reviews - this website is a scam. They send you trash that barely resembles what you ordered, in laughably terrible quality, which would be funny if not for the price tag you paid for it. Seriously, if I tried selling it on Marketplace for $5, no one would buy it. When requesting a refund, they offer you insulting amounts of money that are a small fraction of what you paid, asking you to keep their trash items, discouraging you from returning the items for a full refund by telling you that the shipping fees overseas will not be worth it. Finally, when you tell them you're going to pursue a chargeback on your credit card, they offer you a return address in Dubai. This is their business model - they misrepresent their items, send out trash items, and prey on customers not being able to genuinely complete a return. Run.

This is a fraudulent company. The dresses I ordered took weeks to come. They look nothing like the picture and description on the website. This is the part that is very shady and deceitful.

They also state they offer returns but they really don’t. They refused to offer me a return and wanted me to ship the package to China. DO NOT order from this company.

Clothes did not fit. They were way too small for the size they were suppose to be. The quality of the clothes were sub par. They have been very difficult to work with and will not accept a return. I returned anyway and they still will not pay a refund. Be ware this company is not what they appear to be.

Terrible customer service
The dress I ordered was the size I always order . Upon arrival it did not fit at all. The cut was nothing like the photo and the fit was terrible . I requested a return and was told I could get $9 on a $64 purchase do not buy from this company .

Dresses came and were exactly as described. One fit but the other did not. But I gladly gave it to a friend.

Dress is as described but is smaller than expected so can not wear it 😟

The ordered arrived. The order did take a long time to be shipped and unfortunately they items didn’t fit but am now waiting for the order to be reshaped in a larger size which will hopefully be soon.

Easy to order and arrive in time given. Dress is lovely, however colours not quite as vibrant as on the site, but I'm keeping it as it is still a beautiful dress. True to size.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their website indicates “easy returns for 30 days,” but they refused to honor their return policy for days while I emailed insisting. They would respond to me saying things like, “We’ll give you $8 in compensation. Can you keep the dress?” (The dress cost $48.99.) When they finally “provided” me an address for the return, it was a bogus address, so I paid extra shipping just to have the item returned right back to me. I finally got the refund but only after a great deal of hassling and threatening. Additionally, the dress they sent was not at all the color or quality shown on the website.

Cheap crap. Clothes are not at all as in the pictures. 10% refund offered despite the refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM ASCETY. Sure they pay people to write good reviews on their Facebook ads.

I never leave comments online but they stole from me!! You cannot be refunded. This is completely illegal and the customer service is very rude via email. Stay away from them!
Also, the reason I want to refund is the quality of the product is so BAD!

It took longer then I thought it would take to receive my order, but I love my dress.

Waited a while and no returns label etc in pack
Apart from that dress is really beautiful quality and fit
