Terrible company

Terrible company. Terrible product. Caused severe bruising on the lowest setting. Tried to take advantage of their "easy return policy" and was told I had to pay to ship it to the Netherlands!!!! Really. Majorly false advertising.

30-day money back guaranteed is a sham as you pay shipping back to the Netherlands!

This product hurts so bad it is unusable. At lowest setting, it sucked so harshly I had to turn off and it still was difficult to remove from my leg. I used the oil. They also don’t tell you it needs filters which I wasn’t overall concerned as I could wash them but there’s no way I’m willing to use this product. Returning is a farce. If you live in the US they tell you shipping would be to the Netherlands so they’ll give you 25% off to keep the product ($14 off $63). I feel I was scammed and upset with myself I didn’t check reviews first.

Recently purchased from this company. I used the product twice at a low setting and my legs are covered in bruises.

I have emailed and am still waiting on a response.
I want to return this item ( free returns label) and get a full refund.

This item was just painful.

Do not buy!!

Do not buy!!! Does not work. When suction is on the machine doesn’t glide down leg with the oil. It caused severe bruising on my leg. Return policy is horrible, you have to pay shipping out of the country and it costs as much as the machine.

If I could give “0” stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE this! Machine barely turns on and the unit if very cheaply made. Contacted them to return and because they are located in Amsterdam it’s $40+ shipping via USPS (the cheapest I found)
The company refuses to send a label for return shipping. Based on the reviews it’s clear why seems like the Company is bleeding money and just doesn’t care to offer customers decent service by providing return labels for those that want to return.

Complete waste of money.

Update 4/6/25 - Ascily team, saw your reply to this which is totally untrue… it doesn’t fit in with my routine because the item is faulty and difficult to work. I also stated that in my original email to you as well (if I could post screenshots here I would to prove my point). After 2 uses the unit wouldn’t even turn on, very cheaply made construction as the buttons don’t even work any longer.

Much better experience with the Sculptiflex unit instead. For those looking at Ascily, pay the extra amount to get a better made product like Sculptiflex instead. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Don't buy the cellu device!

The cellu device is very painfull to use. I got bad bruises all over my legs. Wanted to return the device, but they said not having a warehouse in Europe. Sending it to the USA was more expensive than the product. So, their money back quarantee is a lie. They agreed to refund 35% of the costs.
EDIT: Reading other reviews here makes me think even more that the whole company is a scam. Some clients (probably USA based) are asked to return the device to Netherlands and European customers to the USA which makes the returns impossible. I hope I had read the reviews before ordering.

Although it says “not painful” it is extremely painful even at the lowest level. It will only bring you more frustration. The return, even though it says “30-Day Risk-Free Trial” is extremely cumbersome.
Let's try to be happy with the cellulite we have :) This product will only bring you headaches

Worse thing ive ever wasted my money on

Didnt receive it and had to argue with customers service for at least 8 emails. Finally they agreed to send me a new one. Received it, cheap packaging, no instructions no brand name. Tried it out on lowest sections - the pain from this tiny machine, sucked my skin so hard, dragged it up my leg and now covered in bruises, now going to try and get my money back / i will update you on that!!!

Trust me don’t buy this!!

Trust me. Do not order this product. It is so painful even on the low lowest setting. I cannot use it. It’s stuck to my skin and even with pulling it would not come off. Also pregnant or nursing women do not order this product. They say they have a good return policy. It is all fake. They make you pay to ship it back to the Netherlands, which you will be paying more and shipping than the product actually cost. Unfortunate it is a waste of $60. This is my warning to consumers do not buy this product.

BE AWARE!!!

BE AWARE!!!! This is a Scam!!!! The machine they sell is dangerous, they sell it to you for an extremely inflated price, it is a piece of cheaply made junk. It not only was extremely painful to use, it left me with bad bruises and a painful leg for days after use. I approached the company for a refund and they said no as it was past 30days since purchase. For context the product didn’t even reach me for an entire month after purchase. It’s all just a big SCAM!!!!!

I do not recommend this product

I do not recommend this product. I was actually scared to use it. What I thought would be a relaxing self-care moment quickly turned into a traumatic experience. My device would increase its setting on its own. It worked well at first, but then, BAM, it hurt so much that I tried to turn it off, but that didn’t work—it just kept sucking! I had to pull it off. This happened to me three times in three different areas of my body. Please be careful; I don’t believe this product is safe.

Do not buy!

Do not buy!! I purchased this product with high hopes. It came in a dirty box which was not shrink wrapped. The directions only explained how to turn it on and off and were dirty and crinkled. The seals on the oil do not even break. They just pull straight upward. The oil does not smell like ginger at all so I don’t think it’s authentic . My legs have become black and blue from using this product. I contacted the company to exchange it for a new one because it appeared like it was used. They asked me to send them a video, which I did. Then they told me that everything appeared new and I could start the return process if I wanted to, But they would not send out a new product. The box and product do not even have the name of the company on them. Don’t waste your money.

Do not Buy!!!

I wish I’d checked out the reviews before buying this product. It is almost dangerous it’s so painful. I use with oil on lowest setting and it still sucks skin to the point of bruising I’ve asked for a refund in full still waiting to hear back

I’d like to ask the so called positive reviews how they use it I also didnt get any instructions but have assumed how to use it. And it hurts every time!

misleading, no "no questions asked return" you have to pay

Edit after below reply: I have done all this, and it would seem you didn’t check this before replying me with your standard reply. If you read the review you would see that I am awaiting a reply from your team.

The item does not show online that you cannot use it if you have varicose veins. When I asked to return it after the first day, I was told that it’s very expensive and that they will give me a reduction to keep it, a 25% reduction. The cost of returning is only £ 8.00 by Royal Mail, I asked them to confirm how long my refund will take and no one has replied.

Does not come with any instructions on…

Does not come with any instructions on what to do and the instructions for how to operate it are minimal also. The one I have doesn’t appear to change intensities and I’m following instructions. The suction is too much and could cause serious damage if used incorrectly.

There needs to be a video or something showing how to use it.

Ouch. Don't do it!

I tried using this cellulite sucker device three different times each time equipped with additional instructions/information that made me hopeful that my experience would eventually match the online ads. Nope. Bruise after bruise after bruise. If I could only use one word to describe this tool it would be OUCH!

These are for sale on Amazon for $30 with free returns. But if you buy directly from Ascily, you can pay $60 and there are no returns. Unless you want to pay to ship it back to the Netherlands. They might offer you $20 back if you email them 4 times first.

Would I recommend this? Never in a million years! What a waste. Unless you enjoy torture and lots of bruises.
