I am very disappointed. I looked forward in receiving the candle. What I received was just a jar of wax. Is the wick extra?

First of all, I am not a brand affiliate. I do not work for the company. I came across her page one day and said why not? This happened after watching the Netflix show. I actually liked the show. I don’t understand the disdain.

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with Meghan’s lifestyle brand As Ever, and I think that’s worth saying.

Everything I ordered arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and the customer service has been excellent. Anytime I’ve had a question, I received a quick and thoughtful response, which really stands out.

The products themselves are what won me over. The marmalades are fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The only one I haven’t tried is the raspberry spread, but that’s just because I’m allergic, so I’ll likely gift that one.

The candles have been a standout for me. My favorite is candle No. 519—the Moroccan mint, cardamom, and tea leaves. There’s something really special about that combination. When you walk into the room, it gives off this refreshing yet warm scent at the same time. You get that soft herbal freshness from the mint, depth from the tea leaves, and just a hint of spice from the cardamom. It’s not overpowering—just clean, calm, and inviting. It may not be for everyone, but for me, it feels genuinely rejuvenating.

And honestly, pairing that scent in the background with a cup of the lemon ginger tea… you’re set for the day. It creates a quiet, grounded moment that just feels good.

Something else I really appreciate—I keep an Alexa air-quality monitor in my room, and with some candle brands I’ve used, I’ve gotten VOC warnings or even a red alert light. I haven’t had that happen with As Ever candles, which gave me extra peace of mind about what I’m breathing in. They feel clean without being heavy in the air.

On a broader note, I also think the brand—and Meghan, —are often misunderstood. It’s easy for people to have strong opinions about what should or shouldn’t succeed, especially when there’s public attention involved. But stepping back from all of that, this feels like a thoughtful lifestyle brand built with intention and family. And trying something like this—creating something tangible, comforting, and well-made—is, in my opinion, a great direction and difficult.

There’s always going to be conversation around a brand like this, especially about how things are made. But stepping back, a lot of companies rely on trusted partners behind the scenes—it’s a normal part of building something that can grow.

I’d personally love to see the brand expand even more. No. 519 scent would make an incredible luxe hand soap with a beautifully designed dispenser for a bathroom—something that carries that same calming, elevated feel into everyday moments.

Overall, everything—from the products to the service—feels considered and well done. It doesn’t feel rushed. It feels intentional.

The floral collaboration is lovely, but I’ll admit I’m not quite sure what the vision was there for me personally. With the distance and $35 shipping involved to New York, I find myself wondering how well something like that would hold up. I naturally gravitate more toward the candles, teas, and marmalades—they feel comforting and easy to enjoy every day. Maybe even explore home goods further.

I’m contributing here because I don’t fully understand the level of criticism toward Meghan Markle. Yes, she was an actress and became a royal, but she and Prince Harry chose to step away and raise their family in the U.S.—which is understandable given his past. None of us know them; a little more grace and perspective would go a long way.

With that being said, if this is the foundation and new products are on the way, I’m really looking forward to seeing where As Ever goes next.

The candle ordered in December 2025 still hasn’t arrived in March 2026. Emailed twice requesting a refund. No reply to either email. Cowboy outfit stealing customers money whilst refusing to engage. Don’t be sucked in. It’s a con.

This my first review though I have ordered multiple times. I LOVE EVERYTHING. I have tried all the spreads except the strawberry which I will try after the raspberry is gone. I can't believe the negative reviews. I was surprised at how good all the spreads are. Going forward her spreads are the only ones to stock my pantry. I barely opened the peppermint tea. The smell was so delightful I was just about to place another order right now. An excuse to pick up another bookmark which she dropped today. Though I haven't lit the candle, baked her cookies or tried the sprinkles or crepes (all in the pantry) I have no doubt it will be good. I love her brand and what is represents and ready to set the timer for her launches. Oh I have the rose wine too. I'm not a wine drinker so I don't know how to rate that. My husband liked it though. I hope she comes out with journals, tea pots and cups.

I bought the chocolate bars even though I do not really like dark chocolate or white chocolate. As ever has changed my mind. The white chocolate is not too sweet and the flower sprinkles really make it fun. The dark chocolate with the raspberry and sea salt has touches of sweetness from the raspberry and the salt makes it perfection. I’m enjoying the pleasant fragrance from the candle and looking forward to eating some toast with raspberry spread and some hibiscus tea. Thank you for opening my eyes and my palate to something so genuine and delicious. Your products help to melt my stress away. I feel the love.

All hype no substance. I spent a lot of money on the jams and honey when it came out. I still have it and barely consumed. I have no use for these things and it wasn’t very inspiring to want me to get crafty and use again. It’s cute, packaging is adorable but again the actual contents are disappointing. This is what I’m starting to see w this Duchess. Presentation is everything but there’s no substances or anything to draw attention longer. Contents of ingredients is as bland as the creator. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT Again!!!! Fool me once but not again! I obviously bought this to support her and see if she lived up to the hype, and it’s a disappointing NO!

I've ordered (5) times over several months and have been happy with all of the products so far. I love the teas and chocolates; I also ordered tea and honey as Christmas gifts and they were all a hit. My orders were correct and arrived on time. As Ever has been a good find for me!

Someone sent me a candle, really as a gag gift. I opened it, box was cheaply made and the candle had NO wick!!! The scent was very soapy and the candle fell out of the jar...like cheap candles do! This is NOT hand poured. Sadly it was an expensive gag gift. No refunds or customer service to get help, surely that is illegal?

Avoid at all cost. While the preserves are well packaged and presented the substance of what’s inside leaves a lot to be desired. The consistency of the spreads are watery. They taste overly sugary. And the flavour is overpowered by the sugar.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The jam was runny and did not taste good, the wine had an awful aftertaste, my candle smelled bad and had no wick and I didn’t receive my other bottle of wine nor my other candle. I’m on a fixed income and can’t get a refund. I’ve tried and tried. I keep getting automated responses. This is the worst business practice I’ve ever, in my life encountered and I’m 60. Please, don’t trust this company, especially if you’re on a fixed income like me.

I will note, I was gifted the Raspberry Spread and Lemon Tea, so did not pay for them.

Both items where very sub-par for the price.

Received a gift for Xmas and order was supposed to be 3 teas and a tin of flower sprinkles. Received the 3 teas with no sprinkles even though it was listed on receipt inside box.
Overall packaging was over the top; more so for glass packages. The teas taste fake/chemical. The writing is sub-par and not elegant or elevated.

I wanted to give Meghan’s products a fair chance, but overall I was disappointed. Unfortunately, the candle arrived without a wick, and the jam was overly sweet and quite runny. The products felt cheaply made, which affected the overall experience. Given this, it’s not surprising that I didn’t enjoy the show either. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with both the products and the show.

I received a gift from my grannie from AsEver. Grannie knows I love the RF but her dementia is getting worse and she forgot I loathe Markle and Haz. At any rate, I thought I'd finally dive into some of her products that I've heard so many complain about. And boy, I was surprised I was so surprised! NO WICK in the candle!!! The spread was so sweet I had to spit it out. The other spread tasted spoiled. The dried flowers were brown and gray. Everything looked so bad I felt so sorry for grannie spending money on that trash. When I went to the site for an address to send this crap back, there was a notice saying "NO REFUNDS". Meghan has no business being in any kind of business! Why is she doing this to the innocent public at large and relieving them of their hard earned money to support her highfalutin lifestyle??? Doesn't she have enough money from the Queens inheritance to H?

How disappointing to wait almost a month for my purchase only to receive a candle that I can't use.
I sent an email to customer service and received an instant auto-generated response.
I'll never purchase anything from as ever again.
