Ordered a t shirt 29/01/26, received a confirmation email. I have chased this via email, Instagram (as suggested on their website, as they sometimes have problems with their emails!) and phone, which is disconnected. I have tracked my order numerous times, always says “processing “. It is now 3/4/26. Trying to claim my money back via credit card. DONT ORDER ANYTHING!!!

Never received the product. No contact from the seller.

The order confirmation came with no shipping information.
I realized I entered the wrong address and tried to reach out multiple times to the owner and received no response.
I doubt it will be delivered at all, and if it does I’m sure it will be to the wrong address.
The complete lack of response is alarming.
This has taken place over the course of a week and a half to 2 weeks since I placed the order.

TOTAL FRAUD DO NOT USE!!! Placed an order in January. Never shipped, never received. Absolute thieves.

I placed an order with this company on 2/2/26 it is 3/9/26 today. I have not received the product that was promised in 5-7 days. I have not heard from the company other than an initial acknowledgement that they had received the order and it is "processing". when I track the order, it stills says it is processing. Save your time and money and don't do business with this company. it seems to be some sort of scam business. terrible .....just terrible.

Do not trust this company! I ordered a shirt for my husband back in December, 2025 and have never received it as of March, 2026. I have contract them via email and instagram multiple times with no response. I have also tried to call them and the line is disconnected.

Do NOT trust this company. I ordered a shirt December 29th, I am writing this February 10th and I still have no received it. I contacted through email 3 times with no response. The phone number on the website is not connected. Truly SCAM SCAM SCAM site

Order a super bowl shirt on jan 10th...still haven't recieved. Reached out to customer service...multiple times zero answers zero knowledge of when my shirt will come.... don't order from them

Ordered a shirt Jan 21 2026. Order confirmed and paid for. No order update for 7 days so I sent an email to their support that went unanswered. 3 days later I sent a follow up email. Nothing. I called their phone number on their site and it is no longer in service. There was a note saying to contact them on Instagram since sometimes they don't receive emails due to "technical issues" and STILL got no reply. Paypal issued my refund immediately when I reported the situation. AVOID doing business here, these people are snakes that take your money and run.

Placed an order on January 19th, and said delivery within 3-5 days. It's currently February 1st and the order is still processing. They say they will respond to emails within 24 hours and that hasn't happened. Their Instagram bio says "Short holiday break - back soon" and no posts since September 2025. An absolute waste of time!

Trust pilot need to start reading the recent reviews to change the summary of this company. Like all of the recent reviews for this company I have not received anything, all of my emails have been ignored, all of my messages on Instagram have been ignored. And yet they still have a website and are still taking payments. It looks like this was a legit company up until quite recently and they folded, but don't have the decency to refund anyone or to take down their website. Absolutely do not buy anything from them.

I was doing my research on them, and I came across their social media TikTok account, thinking I’m supposed to be presented with information about them but instead I was presented with their comments about insulting religions???? Do they not check their social media and who runs it?

This is an awesome place to buy your T-shirts. They have excellent quality shirts and a great variety. I needed help with my shipping address after I ordered and even during their busiest time, they reached out and helped me resolve my error. They also got my package here before Christmas. Highly recommended! Try them out!

I ordered a t-shirt for a friend, but after three weeks it was still not shipped and I got no response from the seller after writing an e-mail, even though it says on the website they respond within 24 hours.

Even if it's a small business, you should get notified about the estimated delivery time / shipment. After two weeks, your item should be either shipped or you should get a notification from the seller on why there is a delay.

This store definitely feels like a scam store to me. If yo want to have personalised shirts, you probably better stick to Teepublic or Redbubble.

BEWARE. Don’t buy from them. Their customer phone number doesn’t work, they didn’t reply to various emails, I spent $46 and paid for expedited shipping and it never showed up, it’s been more than 3 weeks. I’m going to get a charge back from my bank, this company is a scam as far as I’m concerned.

Amazing customer service! Order one shirt for my wife as a gift but got the wrong size, after a brief talk with Ashely got everything sort out and the right shirt was sent to me. My wife loved her shirt, great quality! Super recommend.

It’s a great shop!!! I ordered a T-shirt for my bf’s birthday with fast shipping included. I literally received it within 3 days (so they managed to get the package to me before the birthday party), and keep in mind it was an international delivery, so just WOW. As for the T-shirt itself, it’s 100% cotton and feels just amazing, the print is very detailed and looks sturdy on the T-shirt. Costumer service answered all my questions within 24h. Overall a great shopping experience, a great T-shirt, and great shop. Definitely recommending :)

I ordered a T-shirt. The T-shirt is wonderful, the print perfect. I'm very happy with it. Even though I live in Germany, the delivery was relatively quick.
Nevertheless, I had a question for support. This query was answered so kindly and respectfully – something you unfortunately never find with larger companies.
As Harry Styles sings so beautifully: "Treat people with kindness." I learned that from ashbubble.
