There was confusion about the date of…
There was confusion about the date of the appointment, the engineer wasn't given my telephone number to warn me of his ETA, and he turned up at the empty premises at an inconvenient time. However, despite the admin failures, the engineer did a good job hence 3 stars were awarded.

Cat 6 Ethernet network cables install
Always friendly and excellent customer service in addition to excellent work, good problem solving. Ashford Security fitted some Cat6 Ethernet cable around my house, for high speed wired internet; cable runs into loft, and little complex to get right, but I’ve used them before for alarm systems and running data cables for me and they always do fantastic job.

Good service, however protacted time on site.
Good service as usual, however protacted time spent on site. It appeared to be caused by either a mistake in identifying the correct cable run in the panel or inadequate site records.

Ashford Security always respond quickly and effectively. All their staff are helpful and courteous. Annual reviews are completed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.

Our company alarm developed a fault.
I emailed Ashford security in the morning asking for assistance. They emailed back in under 45 minutes stating an engineer would be with us the very same day in the afternoon! They completed the work to rectify the fault and the alarm was ready to re activate that evening.
Excellent service, quick and efficient.

Always a pleasure to work with. Charming people, professional job and great after care. So good that at time I’m tempted to put in more gates just so they can make them powered. We had them at our last house, and have used them again. ANY problems and they respond so quickly.
