They did a great job and committed to quality.
They came when they said they would. They fixed what they said they would and it works as they said it would. They then invoiced exactly what they said they would. Three people worked hard for three days solid to install the automatic gates. They were pleasant, straight forward and did a great job. Well done and thank you.

Our sincere apologies for your review, we've been in touch several times pre and post Christmas and know there's a few unexpected complications unrelated to us at your new property (not least the inherited alarm that's over 25 years old). Tried again today however there's no answer. We've instructed all part/full time staff to channel ongoing customer queries through our 24/7 number 0800 999 8090 (option 1 for the office, option 2 for emergencies) rather than WhatsApp. We suggest you dial that number and select option 2. Ashford Security installed our garage door for us. We were very happy with the excellent standard of door they supplied and their workmanship in installing our garage door. Excellent service. I have found Ashford Security to be an excellent company to deal with over 8 years. We had an issue recently and they were out and fixed it within 2 hours. Very appreciative.
