Do not go near these cowboys
Do not go near these cowboys. I visited their depot in Ashley to look at top soil. I touched the soil and dug my arm in it to make sure it was fit for purpose. They advertise this soil as grade1. Sifted to below 10mm. Soil arrived and I barrowed it across the lawn. When it came to spreading the mounds of soil over the lawn I came across stones larger than 50mm, glass and more beach pepples than soil. It would not spread. I then had to pick the soil back up and deposit it in the bag. I called 8 times over a period of 2 weeks to have the soil collected. Eventually they collected. I also returned a bag full of debris I picked up from the soil. I have repeatedly requested a refund to be eventually told this is not their soil. Beggars belief!!! We are talking about a ton of soil not a bag of sugar. Someone called Oliver called me this morning after I threatened to commence a charge back with the bank and attempted to bully me. I had to hang up as he was being arrogant. Very shoddy attitude and extremely awful service. Dont use these individuals as they will deliver a sub standard product and then argue its not their product!!! I hope the stress and delay they have caused me comes to find them soon. Dont order anything from them you will simply be ripped off and bullied. The bank will now commence the process of a chargeback. This is accompanied with photographs and a video.
