Horrible! We don’t have it yet-after all the promises. Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Presently I would never recommend you. Plus we have one very disappointed granddaughter.

Went to check my order status to find out when it will be shipped and they said there is no record of my purchase. Confirmation stated not only my order # but stated to track shipment click here, est. arrival time July9-15. Was hoping it would not take that long to get order.

Very good products. They get back very quickly if you have a question. I used to orderdolls from Rsgdolls and they were not even what was in their advertisement. When they sent the wrong doll they would not fix their mistake.

The baby dolls feet and hands are starting to turn black.
