These guys were amazing.
I was purchasing from Australia after finding it really difficult to get parts via my insurance company. They turned around a door to door delivery of a LDV Van door shell in 2 weeks.
Never imported car parts before but these guys made it easy. Very happy with outcome.
So as you can see by the title I purchased an item which had a shipping price. Their listings do state that if it says 1usd or 9999usd enquire about shipping. The item I purchased had a custom shipping of 15usd so it did not fall into this category. I purchased my item and patiently waited.
I then received an email stating that the shipping was incorrect and they will give me an updated quote.
They replied the next day asking for 134USD!!! and 2 months to wait... This was so much more than the original I could not accept paying that. I believe they know this and after I requested a refund they said they will remove 5% for 'fees'...
This is their fault and I don't believe I should be paying for this as they are at fault, but I think this is part of the scam they are running.
Stay clear of this website as they will pull this scam on you if you do purchase anything.
I recently purchased the Chassis Lower Guard, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision! The installation was straightforward, and the build quality is impressive. It feels incredibly sturdy and offers excellent protection for the vulnerable areas of the chassis.
I've taken my vehicle off-road a few times since installation, and I can confidently say that this guard has held up beautifully. It provides peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is shielded from rocks and debris that could cause damage. Not only does it enhance durability, but it also gives my vehicle a rugged look!
Customer service was top-notch as well. They answered all my questions promptly and ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth installation process.
Overall, I highly recommend the Chassis Lower Guard to anyone looking to enhance their vehicle's protection. It’s worth every penny!
