Dr. Raza made me feel very comfortable and he had a calming effect when I was in severe pain and had a serious migraine and hip and back pain. It helped me just speaking to him and then writing. Thank you, Dr. Raza. I wish you were my doctor here. You’re one of the few doctors out there that actually heal people instead let’s say the other type, Doctors.. you’re an excellent DOCTOR.

Hi there, I can take care of this for you. You came to us for a prescription, and I'm sorry the session didn't get you there. That's a disappointing place to land when you reached out for help with something specific.
I've located your account and refunded the CA$95, and your membership is cancelled so nothing further will be billed. Your payment is showing as "reversed" on our end. This means we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens, the charge will just disappear from the account because it was never finalized.
If it would be useful, I'd be glad to have another Expert reach out directly to take a fresh look at your question, at no cost and without resuming the membership.

Diana was great. I was not able to get to the end of the website to actually get my prescription but that was not her fault. I am little electronically challenged and I'm sure I did something wrong but bottom line is I was not able to finish the process

I was able to be screened and able to speak to a live person. Dr. Li was persanable and made me feel at ease. Was satisfied with this service.
I was able to get a person who asked questions as follow-up to clearly understand my concern and question. Then connected me with a live Dr. The Fr. Was personable and answered my questions and gave me clarity to my concerns.

Highly recommend pursuing information from this company.
The whole process was absolutely delightful. The beginning interview was very well initiated. Dr. Josh answered my health questions and gave me so much new information that I had been hoping for from other searches, but had never received it. It was very worth my time and it left me very hopeful.
