Terrible customer service

Great selection, good website and fair prices absolutely terrible customer service. Last order they sent me a landing net that was clearly damaged then packed up (the box was perfect) the net frame looked like it was driven over by a forklift.. tried to get a refund but after emails and pictures and questioning was told without the printed receipt they can't do anything. Delivery information is always wrong also. Says it's sent since 5 days then a price problem pops up and
"Once the payment has arrived at our office, we will gladly process your order" but was it sent?? Ask and you shall be ignored 😂😂😂

Werbung ist für mich unseriös!
Ich habe 2026 bereits 5 E-Mails erhalten, dass ein € 15,-- Gutschein erhältlich ist, ohne Mindestebestellwert. So besagt es die Überschrift dieser Mails, wenn man aber dann genauer hinschaut, dann kommt ein € 99,-- Mindestbestellwert daher!
Selbst nachdem ich diese Fa. per E-Mail darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte, flattern weiterhin identische und für mich unseriöse E-Mails ein.

assolutamente da evitare se non volete perdere tempo inutilmente, dopo 1 settimana dall ordine che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in 2/3 giorni lavorativi, non ho nemmeno il tracking, servizio clienti inesistente, non rispondono ne a mail ne nulla

Terrible if you want quickly..//

Have used a few years ago with no issues but last order is another story. Slow isn’t even close to the service you can expect. Online shows shipped but haven’t been. Have to chase up!!

Only send off to outside Germany once a week (to save money no doubt) and even then if you are lucky.

No replies to emails just a holding one saying they are busy!!!! Speak on the phone and urgency just isn’t something they understand.

Arrived eventually all ok.

Horror service.

Horror service.
Am 20 September habe ich eine Bestellung im Wert von € 247 aufgegeben. Bis jetzt, 15 oktober, Habe ich nichts empfangen. Ich habe keinerlei Sendungsverfolgung, Ich weiß nicht, ob mein Paket verschickt wurde, wo es ist oder wer der Kurier ist.13 mails und 5 Telefon Gespräche später bin ich jetzt, und ich weiß immer noch nichts. Am 5. oktober bekam ich die Nachricht "Bitte haben Sie noch etwas Geduld. Die Zustellung sollte in Kürze erfolgen." Nach zei Wochen kam Niemanden auf die Idee mal Nachfrage zu tun wo das Pakket steckt. Das war übrigens eine Antwort auf Deutsch, während ich als internationaler Kunde die Frage auf Englisch auf der englischsprachigen internationalen Seite gestellt habe. Ausgenommen die Antwort vom 5. oktober is die Antwort auf meine Mail berichte immer gleich "Aufgrund einer großen Anzahl von Anfragen kann die Bearbeitungszeit derzeit ca. 5 Tage betragen". Und fünf Tagen später? Sie haben es schon erraten: gar nichts! Am 8 oktober ist eine Nachfrage bei DHL gemacht worden, die soll die Kurier gewesen sein, so würde mich versichert am Telefon. Es hat sich herausgestellt das die Nachfrage erst in die nächste Woche gemacht worden ist, wenn überhaupt, und "DHL braucht nun auch einmal zeine Zeit" sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter im "Kundenservice" heute. Ich konnte nicht die geringste Begeisterung beim "Kundenservice" auffangen, nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Keine Entschuldigung und nach fast vier Wochen immer noch keine vernünftige Antwort, kein Pakket und keine Rückzahlung. Askari: Nie wieder!

Der mieseste Mistladen

Der mieseste Mistladen! Finger weg von Askari! Wochenlanges Warten, tagelang keine Antwort vom Support, zumeist billiger Chinaschrott der nicht mal aussieht wie im Katalog.. Lasst Euch nicht von den Preisen locken. Das ist der Ärger und das wochenlange Warten auf die Ware einfach nicht wert! Die sollten sich sowas von schämen dort. War vor Jahren schon so, und wie ich jetzt sehen musste, es ist immernoch eine Zumutung. Drei Wochen warte ich schon und nun hiess es nach Tagen warten auf eine Antwortmail, es dauert nochmal zwei bis vier Wochen. Und das für eine Shimano Marken Rolle die an Lager sei und in 3-10 Tagen hätte geliefert werden sollen.

Unreliable and no customer service

Don't buy! I ordered items that was marked that they have but after payment I got message that I need to wait 1-6 weeks. I tried to change one of those rods from my order but never got any answer. After I tried to cancel the order of that rod but they send almost immediately message that everything has been shipped... Still I haven't got any kind of reply.

No reply. Update

Ordered and paid for some goods early January, have tried e-mailing and received no answers. Have tried to call them with no luck at all.
I can understand companies having problems at the present time, but I can not understand why they don't send out a tracking number and the name of their courier so that you can track your goods.
Update: I did receive the goods. was very surprised to find the standard was very poor. I could have paid a third the price and bought through Aliexpress and got the same stuff. Very disappointed. Tried to call again, no answer. Tried e-mailing in both English and German in the hope of getting an answer. No luck there either. Sad because I used to buy a lot of bits from them years ago. They seemed to have gone down hill.

Besteld en vervolgens geen enkele communicatie.
Helpdesk niet bereikbaar, wachttijd 2 minuten en vervolgens 20 minuten in de wacht staan.
Nu nog maar ene keer bellen. Gelukkig met paypal betaald dus verzekerd maar leuk is anders.

Na 20 minuten toch contact en bestelling is vandaag verzonden. Als askari een klein beetje betere klantenservice gaat nemen scheelt dat een hoop zorgen

totally disappointed, let me down sent my money back but left me 1/3 of the article which was no use to me without the whole purchase and would not answer my emails,very bad company!!.

a complete waste of time as far as i am concerned.. i paid for a bivvy and winter overwrap.. sent the overwrap within 2 weeks and was then told would have to wait 6 months plus for the bivvy, when i complained they sent the money back for the bivvy (paid with paypal) and left me with the overwrap that is useless without the bivvy... they would not answer my emails and i would never use this firm again as they are a disgrace to shopping on the internet.. totally wrong !!

Askari has financial troubles I guess - Don´t buy

Today is end December. I ordered mid September. They took my moneymid September. I called 4 times. I wrote 3 times. Once the "service" assistant told me, "Yes, I know, but you try and tell this to the management"
4 weeks back another "service" assistant told me
"It was sent mid September, I will ask the forwarder where the package is and get back to you. Still nothing from them. No goods, no money back, no reply. My only guess will be, they have financial trouble.

Ich kaufte von Askari mehrere Produkte

Ich kaufte von Askari mehrere Produkte, leider zwei Angelrollen, Marke Khoga wir defekt, eine gebrochen und die andere am Hals gebogen. Ich schickte es an Askari zurück an eine per Post adressierte Schweizerin mit einer Kopie der Rechnungsnummer 9508958, einem Brief, in dem die Gründe für die Rücksendung bis zum 13. August erläutert wurden. Ich habe das Callcenter schon oft angerufen und heute hat mir die Dame gesagt, dass sie die Rücksendung nicht erhalten haben, weil sie sie aus der Schweiz nach Deutschland zurückschicken und im System nicht nachverfolgen können.
Dies ist ein Beispiel für die NULL Kundenbetreuung!, Warum der Kunde unter all dem ineffizienten und inkompetenten Unternehmen leiden muss, bitte ich nur um mein Geld zurück. Ich hoffe, sie stehlen mein Geld nicht. Fragen Sie sich einen Gefallen, kaufen Sie nicht bei ihnen.

Costumerservice needs an update.

The website is quite easy to navigate, and they hold very attractive prices. I ordered on the 12th of may and recieved the goods on the 27th. The order came with no expected delivery time, and I was getting quite nervous after 7 days. Wrote two emails to customer service with no reply. Even treatened to cancel my order - no reply. Called the customer service on the 25th and recieved decent service ( after being on hold for 5 min ) they provided me with a DHL tracking service and told me the package had been send on the 22th. I received the package on my doorstep and everything was in order.

Still - even in these Coronatimes I would have expected some kind of expected time of delivery notice. The email service seems non-functional. Even though - the goods was delivered and the quality of the products was as I expected.

aber DER PREIS ist sicher nicht erstrebenswert !

ihr seid meine schlechteste Erfahrung seit ich online bestelle (seit ca 15 Jahren) .....
Lieferzeit extrem überzogen !
Tel.-Service = 0,2
Mail-Service =0,5 ( immerhin eine Reaktion - auch wenn DIE dann völlig am Problem vorbei ging )

ICH würde/werde garantiert nicht wieder bei euch bestellen & kann euch auch keine neuen Kunden zuschustern - eher im Gegenteil ...

vielleicht ist dann ja doch was dran an dem was man in manchen Gruppen so hört ....... ( darf ich aus rechtlichen gründen hier nicht niederschreiben )

Direkt nach der Auftragsbestätigung rief ich bei Askari an um mich nach dem Liefertermin (nach Portugal) zu erkundigen, und wurde von einem freundlichen Herren bezüglich des rechtzeitigen Eintreffens beruhigt, nachdem ich mich nach einem Expressversand erkundigte. "Das geht gleich morgen raus und kommt sicher noch vor Ostern bei Ihnen an". Dann passierte laut DHL tracking 6 Tage lang gar nichts! Die Sendung wurde weder eingeliefert noch abgeholt. Eine weitere Mitarbeiterin stellte mir dann den Versand am übernächsten Tag in Aussicht. Daraufhin bat ich darum den Auftrag zu stornieren und mir den Kaufpreis zu erstatten. Dies war laut Auskunft der Dame nicht möglich, da sich mein Paket "schon" im Container befinden würde und dies somit nicht mehr möglich sei. Ich solle doch einfach die Annahme verweigern und man würde mir dann eine Gutschrift erteilen. Nie mehr Wieder!!!

Avoid Askari

Avoid Askari! They sent me wrong package about 4 months ago. I called Askari´s customer service and they promised to refund shipping expenses, if I send it back. They received the wrong package 5th of December, but never refunded that 29,00€ I paid for shipment. Receipt of shipping payment was inside the package. I have call Askari´s customer servise after that 2 times, but they don´t do anything, they just make you call expensive calls again and again. Askari made Me pay for company´s mistake!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I emailed them asking about product detail on 25th Nov. They returned email on Dec 10th. I bought the product anyway on 2nd Dec. I have had no confirmation of estimated delivery date and they simply do not return emails or answer the phone.
