I love the Solo II. It is very user friendly. I have arthritic hands & this vaporizer is easy for me to load with my favorite dry herb. It is also very easy to clean & maintain. Customer service & communication are exceptional! Thank you!

Resposta da Weedipedia
Hello Kevin,
I hope you are having a great day! This is Pablo, Weedipedia's owner. I'm also finally responsible for making sure every customer has the best shopping experience possible with us.
We ask every customer who purchases from us to review their overall service experience and review the specific product purchased. Whether the purchase is for a vape pen, a Magical Butter, or a 45mm Banger, we automatically ask every customer no matter if their experience has been good, bad, or just neutral.
It's difficult for me to wear all the business hats needed to run our small business all the time. Therefore, even if I trust our Weedi+ Customer Experience team, their training, and quality control measurement points, I know mistakes will happen, and I want to hear all of them from customers like you, Kevin. This way, we can design and implement specific or systematic changes to address issues in your customer journey with Weedipedia.
Kevin, we asked you because this is a great way to spot issues and trends in everyday operations since I can't, unfortunately, read every customer email. These reviews speak about when we are doing a good job or about aspects we need to improve.
In this case, I think there is some room for improvement. I looked at your point, and it seems like our warehouse shipped the wrong item. I'm sorry about this issue and how inconvenient it is not to receive the correct product and return it. Thank you for your patience and feedback! I believe you are in the process of returning the wrong item, and we potentially already sent the correct one? Apologies, but the person handling your support ticket is off today, so that I will look tomorrow for all details.
Please, Kevin, reach out to my email directly at pablo@askweedipedia.com. I would love to hear what we need to do to make you feel happy with your experience. I'm pleased to offer a shipping refund or a discount for any other product you may be interested in.
Pablo

UPDATE:
Hi Joey,
I want to reach out and check if maybe you would like to exchange your product for something different?
I'm Pablo; I lead the Weedi team. One of our goals at Weedipedia is always to try our hardest to ensure everyone who trusts us with their hard-earned ca$h should have a positive shopping experience.
I honestly would like for you to have a better taste of your overall purchase! On this occasion, the issue wasn't because we committed a mistake but more due to the actual product you purchased.
It almost seems like you had a positive interaction with the team, but what you bought was disappointing in the end.
I wanted to clarify that this review is specifically about the customer service and overall shopping experience at Weedipedia. That's why they call them "service reviews."
You will also receive a second review invite asking your opinion solely on the item you purchased; they call them "product reviews."
We usually send this second invite around fifteen days after your item was delivered.
We want to make sure you guys have enough time to play with your new product to test it before inviting you to review it.
Would you have given us the same rating knowing that this review is just about customer support and shopping experience?
I know how hard Weedipedia's customer experience team works. These reviews are essential to them; they are a reflection of their performance. But most importantly, how our customers think we are doing.
If it's not too much to ask, could you please send us a "detailed" product review when you received the second invite? Maybe give it a one-star and let everyone know why the product sucked big time.
Please, Joey, if your rating above is not due to the service we provided, it would mean a lot to the Weedi team to know how you felt about their support with your shopping experience.
Thank you, and please let me know about exchanging that product!
Pablo

Hands down one of the best experiences…
Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had buying from anyone online or in person. There was a shipping issue on my order and they reached out to me to make sure I had gotten. When I hadn't they shipped another one to me and were so friendly about everything I felt good buying from a company that really valued it's customers with such a personable experience. #FlawlessTransaction I'm definitely hooked as a customer I've set aside an allowance for myself for rewards for myself lol I love it!

Excellent customer service. I recently placed 2 orders back-to-back and when I contacted them they combine the orders so I didn't have to pay the extra shipping.... they also gave me an extra discount on the new order... would definitely give them my money again.
