I had the same negative responses from Aspirato re my faulty hoover, they said to post it back to China, pay for the postage and the import and customs fees and then rounded it all off with “and when received you probably won’t get your money back as it’s not in resalable condition, I have had to raise a claim with my bank who are looking into them…….DO NOT USE ASPIRATO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

This is a fraud company. They call themselves nordivac in Norway. I got a bad feeling right after my order and immediately wrote an email, which is the only possible way to get in touch with their so called customer service.They did not respond before after 2 days and told me it was already shipped.I answered this mail for follow up but they never answered. I contacted Klarna and told them i refuse to pay this fraud company. I think its not a quality mark for Klarna to cooperate with a totally scam firm who operates with many different names and also have a totally misleading internet site.

Appalling 'Customer Service' - Amongst the worst I've ever dealt with!
I naively fell for a review, placed an order and immediately realised I'd made a big mistake! I literally emailed to cancel within minutes, believing I had a statutory right to a 'cooling off' period to change my mind ... The next morning, the first of many email exchanges began. I was told it was too late to cancel as it had already been dispatched. I have since had to contact my bank and Klarna, both of whom were helpful, unlike Aspirato, but unable to really do what I wanted. This was to refund the first (of 3) instalments and stop the dispatch. I am now embroiled in a 'Visa dispute' because although I refused to accept the vacuum cleaner when it finally did arrive, Aspirato are now insisting that my refund will be minus £30 for the return postage! Of an item I have consistently told them I DID NOT WANT! Utterly appalling - avoid at all cost!

Do not buy this product!!!!
It's obvious reviews are sponsored or paid for!
It’s useless at vacuuming. The staff at the company will do anything to fob you off.
Forget Trading Standards or your CC company. This vacuum and company are a complete con.
You will be asked to video and prove the vacuum doesn't work then asked to return the vacuum to China at your cost with the original packaging etc etc.
This is not a UK company. Buy this vacuum and be prepared to lose your money.

Got for my mother. Very light, good suction. Good price. Very pleased. Quick delivery

Scam of a company. Tried to cancel order immediately after completion but no response for a few days until after order dispatched. Read their T's and C's, you don't get a full refund even if item returned unopened, and you HAVE to chase them to even get anything back.

What I vacuum up keeps coming back out to the floor unless I keep it going. Very much a kids toy. The charge runs out very quickly, suction terrible. Paid 199.00 and was ripped off like all the others.

Customer service is the worst.

I ordered the item on July 5th and received it on July 12th. I attempted twice to clean the entire three-bedroom house, which took two days, and the battery charging was not working properly. Contacted customer care, they were slow to answer, I gave all the photos, despite the fact that they recommended returning the item to China (when I received it from dustable,uk) and subject to Customs clearance.

I believe this company is defrauding customers and wasting their time and money.

I recommend that you hunt for an alternative product.

Do not buy this vacuum, absolutely useless, it has poor suction and the items it does collects falls out when turned off.
Customer service is offering just 5% refund.

Cancelled my order 5 mins after pressing confirm and I’m being charged 15% of the purchase price!! The product was not in shipping!! I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider. Total scam company do not bu!

Binnen 2 weken ontvangen. 2x mee gestofzuigd. Maar opladen lukt niet. Oftewel een kapotte stofzuiger ontvanger. Geen mogelijkheid tot telefonisch contact via een klantenservice. Alleen per e-mail
en dan ontvang he automatisch gegenereerde email met belachelijke verzoeken voor fotos. Nadat ik serieus wel 10x verschillende foto's en video's heb moeten sturen, bleven ze verzoeken om foto's te sturen. Ik heb aangegeven graag de stofzuiger terug te sturen zoals zou kunnen volgens hun eigen 90 dagen niet goed geld terug policy.... maar dit is niet mogelijk omdat de shipping naar China duurder is dan het apparaat (zegt aspirato)

Uiteindelijk klarna ingeschakeld en die starten een onderzoek naar aspirato.

Ik moest ze de kans geven met een passende oplossing te komen.

2 weken geleden de eerste oplossing gekregen. Wederom via email

Maar liefst 10% korting en dan kunnen er de stofzuiger houden

Uiteraard gaan we hier niet mee akkoord want we gaan gaan 180 euro betalen (199 -10% korting) voor een stofzuiger die we maar 2x gebruikt hebben!

Uiteindelijk komen ze nu aan met 25% korting en dan mogen we de stofzuiger houden.

Ook hier gaan we niet mee akkoord. Want ik kom gewoob terug op hun eigen policy van 90 dagen niet goed, geld terug garantie. Daarbij is het uiteraard belachelijk dat wij geld moeten betalen voor een stofzuiger die nooit heeft gewerkt.

Kortom oplichters en we zijn misleid en beetgenomen. We hopen dat klarna ons nog kan helpen met het onderzoek want 199 euro is voor ons ontzettend veel geld en we kunnen dit niet missen.

Klarna heeft een onderzoek gestart rn gaat hier serieus mee om. Voor de rest zal ik dede review plaatsen waar ik kan om mensen te waarschuwen voor deze oplichters!

It's a FRAUD, don't buy it !!!

This is a great product if you want to keep up on daily maintenance on your floors. Nothing will replace a good old fashioned hands and knees floor scrubbing, but this is the closest thing to it! It’s relatively quiet, it’s easy to use, and I love that you can quickly and easily cycle through the modes. This thing has saved me a ton of time on traditional mopping. I’m obsessed.

This is a great product. We’ve been comparing many similar products that for both vacuuming and mopping. This product is definitely one of the best.

With kids and pets my floors see their fair share of messes. While I mostly use this for regular floor cleaning, it does come in handy for the clean up of an accidents. I love almost everything about this except the process of cleaning it.
The battery seems to last a long time. But it would be 5 stars if lower price

Do not buy this. After reading reviews I tried to cancel my order the same hour that I ordered. I was told it was already shipped. I received this 2 days ago, doesn’t even pick up a speckle of dust. Emailed company to be ignored. Have now contacted klarna who have advised to return to an address in Dunstable with tracking info. My kids toy Dyson is better than this joke of a hoover

My mother was duped by ‘David Brown’s’ reviews of the bets Vacuum cleaners around. She was so happy to get this vacuum and got an electrician to install a plug for it too.
I came to clean her house as I work as a professional cleaner. I was the first to use it. I was shocked at how useless this was on hard floors, just moving dust around. Absolutely useless item.
I urged my mother to send it back as it was such poor quality.
She has contacted Aspirato and received several threatening emails which have intimidated her. She’s was too scared to return it but I have pushed her to continue as it’s obvious it’s a scam company. Avoid

Absolutely disgusting!! Customer Service of the lowest order! I have been trying since 5th July to obtain the return address as the product I bought from this company but they are refusing to let me have this. They just keep offering me discounts and telling me it will be hassle for me to send the item back as I will have to send it back to China and "we don't want that"! I must have asked 50 times now for the return address but they still won't give it to me. Surely this is illegal. I have had to get Klarna and my credit card company involved.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ITS MORE HASSLE THAN ITS WORTH!! And I want to make sure the whole world knows not to buy from them! They are disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to do what they do to their "valued" customers. I'm trying to find out if there is anyway to bring the company down altogether.

Absolute rubbish. Looks like it was made by a 5 yr old. Tried to return under 90day policy, told it would be a hassle as it needed to be returned to China. Unit had a UK address on delivery box. Don,t go near this company.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the 14th July, but discovered my partner had ordered a unit from a different manufacturer for overnight delivery, so
I requested the order be cancelled, also on the 14th July.
Aspirato Support emailed a response, on the 15th July, refusing to cancel the order as they claimed it had already shipped.
The actual notification of shipping of the cleaner arrived in my inbox on Monday 17th July, and
the cleaner itself arrived on the 19th July.
I asked for returns instructions and a refund on the 19th July as well.
Aspirato's response was:
"We are sorry for any problem.
Returning the product is a hassle because you need to send it back to China and we don't think both of us want it to happen.
In this case, how about we offer 10% off for this order and you can keep it.
If you insist to return it, you need to bear the shipping cost, customs clearance fee, etc.
Once it encounter customs problems, the items will not be delivered.
If you decide to return it, please make our product clean. After we receive the package, we will check the product.
If it affects the secondary sales, we will deduct a certain fee from you or even not refund you."
Their own returns policy allows 90 days for return claims for refund, and the UK consumer rights allows a 14 day period within which to change one's mind and ask to return the goods for a refund, so this response from Aspirato is borderline fraudulent, in part because the delivery of the goods was so fast there is no chance it was shipped from China.
I have registered this incident at ActionFraud.police.uk, and I sugggest anyone in a similar situation do the same.
Update at 28/07/2023: Aspirato have continued to deny me the return/refund, instead offering only a discount of 10%, at first, and, today, 15%. They still insist it will have to be shipped to China , even though they shipped it to me within 2 days when I placed the order.
