Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

I’ve had 1 thing settled. One has now been charged off.. Two things are about to be. It’s been 6 months and not a peep. I was told my stuff would be settled within 3 months.. may have been misinformed when setting it up by the company that set me up. . I’ve had another account settled hopefully my last things will be soon. but communication every so often wouldn’t hurt. And Logan was extremely helpful.

As a reminder, this is a debt resolution service and not a loan. Accounts are not settled all at once and can only be negotiated once they become delinquent and as sufficient funds become available. The funds you deposit into the program are used to negotiate and pay settlements on your enrolled debts. At this time, we are actively making payments on 1 settled account and are in the process of building additional funds to work toward the next settlement. While this process is ongoing, accounts that have not yet been settled will continue collection activity. This means accounts may be charged off by the original creditor and may be placed with or sold to collection agencies until a settlement is reached.
Once another settlement offer becomes available, we will reach out to you to review the details and obtain approval before proceeding.
How the service works, including all associated risks such as potential credit impact, was explained during the enrollment process, outlined in your contract, and reviewed during the quality assurance call. If there has been any misunderstanding regarding the program, we do apologize.

Status
It’s been 5+ months since I enrolled and 1 Credit Card has been settled, and that happened the day after I sent an email asking about the legitimacy of the company. My debt and stress levels have increased and I was hoping the exact opposite would happen. Status communication only seems to happen when I send an email.

As a reminder, this is a debt relief service and not a loan. Accounts can only be settled as funds become available and as accounts voluntarily fall behind. Once an account is delinquent enough and sufficient funds are available in escrow, we contact a creditor to initiate settlement negotiations. Once a settlement offer is received, we then present that offer to you and request your authorization. After receiving your authorization and the settlement agreement in writing, the settlement payment and associated settlement fees are processed.
While payments are being made toward a settled account, funds continue to build in your escrow account to prepare for the next settlement. Once enough funds are available, we proceed with settling another enrolled account, this is what has occurred in your case.
These details were explained during enrollment, outlined in your contract, and reviewed during the quality assurance call completed at the time of enrollment. During that call, the program structure and all associated risks, including the potential impact on your credit, were explained.
