Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

I only put 1 star because there was no option for 0...they are crooks take advantage of people with little education with hidden clauses telling you 1 thing with lying lips ..while hiding things in legal terms people don't understand ..it would have been better in the end to file bankruptcy atleast you know what to expect

These people do not return phone calls
These people do not return phone calls. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. My POC Patrick Collins does not even take the time to respond to my calls.

Aspire Law Group very professional
Aspire Law Group is professional and always has someone to answer my questions. Setting up the settlement plan was easier than I thought it would be. However, sending out the notices to the credit companies would be helpful if they were sent out within the month of starting the plan. It is going into the 3rd month and they have not received ltrs.
