⚠️ SECOND INCIDENT – ASPIRE TOURS LIMITED STRIKE AGAIN ⚠️

A year after our disastrous Dubai experience, Aspire Tours Limited have done exactly the same thing again.

In July 2025, I paid £600 for a holiday to Paris in March 2026. I have now been informed — not by Aspire Tours, but through my own enquiries — that the accommodation has been cancelled. The hotel has confirmed that the booking was cancelled by Aspire Tours and that there is currently no reservation in my name.

In addition to this, there are no valid flight bookings in place. Despite being told everything was confirmed, the flights do not exist.

Once again, Aspire Tours failed to notify me of the cancellation. There was no warning, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This mirrors exactly what happened with our previous booking, where we were left stranded, out of pocket, and misled repeatedly.

I will not travel with a company that:
• Cancels accommodation without informing the customer
• Claims bookings are confirmed when they are not
• Provides inaccurate or misleading information
• Repeats the same failures across multiple bookings
• Leaves customers financially and emotionally stressed

This is now a pattern of behaviour, not a one-off mistake.

I have formally requested a full refund and am proceeding with a bank chargeback, along with reporting this matter to consumer protection bodies.

If you are considering booking with Aspire Tours Limited, I strongly urge you to think very carefully. Based on repeated personal experience, this company cannot be trusted to provide the services they sell.

The company has filed to be struck off companies house register which has failed objection was been filed and accepted - I just saw this information on companies house.
Everyone needs to get in touch with CAB to get help in taking them to court to get monies back.

Total scam company.

Had a total nightmare holiday, they cancelled our hotel and transfer the day before flying and promised to rectify and reimburse. Each day of our holiday was impacted as they didn’t fulfil the booking as paid for and we ended up having to move hotels and live out of suitcases as was having to move rooms daily. The travel agents were in contact daily, promising to help and sort out our issues but on the last day we had to pay for a a nights stay at the hotel on top of the original cost. Our holiday was completely ruined due to their incompetence of providing what we paid for.

They rebrand and use new names to complete the same practice of taking money for holidays and not providing the holiday you paid for. They have used trading names of skypass best travel, fly with us, aspire tours and now square tours.

Numerous mobile numbers are now out of use.

I was promised a refund for months on end only for them to fall through on their promise.

Do not book with these people!!!!

Fake Fake Fake ….Lies Lies lies everyone must NOW AVOID aspire tours like a plague. They are either bad actors or gone burst so buying time.
We are stuck abroad with no return tickets and no funds and must now cough out thrice as much as our initial ticket just for a single return because Aspire Tours who also operate as Skypass Best travels are extremely dodgy and didn’t book our round trip flights. Most family and friends who also booked flights this summer with Aspire haven’t received their tickets. Agents give varied reasons but the latest is that their supplier is not dealing with them anymore. Hello? Our time away has been extremely stressful filled with empty promises. We have been affected mentally and emotionally because our schedules are very disrupted. Run as first as you can. RUN Away from DESPAIR !!

I booked a family holiday with Aspire Tours in August 2025 and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences of my life.

On arrival in Dubai, we discovered Aspire Tours had not booked our hotel accommodation. We were forced to pay £315 ourselves for the first two nights.

Aspire Tours then cancelled our return flights twice, leaving us no choice but to pay £1,582.13 for alternative last-minute flights.

We also incurred further costs such as extended airport parking (£25).

Despite Aspire Tours confirming in writing that these costs would be refunded, nothing has been paid. They emailed me on 9th August confirming the £315 refund would be processed within 7 days – it is now day 20 and nothing. The same goes for the £1,582.13 flight refund, which was also promised but has never arrived.

Communication throughout has been a disgrace. Calls ignored, WhatsApp messages read but unanswered, constant empty promises, and even refunds that they admitted starting but later cancelled without reason.

This has left us almost £2,000 out of pocket, my family under enormous stress, and our entire trust in this company completely destroyed.

Their website is fake — you cannot actually search or book anything. Both phone numbers listed are invalid and don’t connect, and emails mostly go unanswered. You cannot get hold of this company unless they decide to speak to you — which in our case, was almost never.

Now for the reality of our “holiday”:
The night before our trip, Aspire Tours told us our holiday was cancelled and would be moved 2–3 days later — despite all our annual leave and plans being fixed. Hours of silence followed, with calls and messages ignored, before a last-minute WhatsApp claiming everything was rebooked “as per the original itinerary.” This was a lie.

We arrived in Dubai to discover no hotel booked, spent our own money to stay at the Hilton, and then had to check daily if our booking had been extended. We ended up changing rooms three times in a week due to Aspire’s incompetence.

Then came the worst blow: Aspire Tours had cancelled our return flights back on 8th August, kept the refund, and never told us. We only found out when trying to check in. After more ignored messages, they eventually sent us later flights — which Qatar Airways then confirmed Aspire Tours also cancelled and refunded again. We had to spend nearly £2,000 of our own money to get home.

I have never been so disgusted with a company. Aspire Tours Limited is not a legitimate travel agency in my opinion. They appear to operate dishonestly, making promises they never keep, and may well be using new customer money to cover old debts.

We will now be pursuing all possible legal and consumer protection routes. If you’ve been affected, I urge you to do the same. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.

I really don’t know why people have given good reviews. Are they true or fake . I can’t understand. Very rubbish. Took the money but didn’t issue the return tickets , not only one time most of the passengers have gone through this. Every time saying lie , Annan and Sofia these ladies are born liers and manipulaters. Very clever in creating stories to make passengers life miserable. So much anger . Really hard to express the feelings what we have went through. Lost a big amount of money. No any response. Even don’t bother about anything. I’m kindly requesting people to be very very careful. Don’t trust . These ladies, make sure they have issued returns tickets and everything ok before you pay .
Please be aware . Now I don’t know what to do about my money . I’m in pain right now. Please be careful.

Recently I went to Marrakech with my Freind. Everything was perfect from our flights to transfers and the hotel that Defny Alex recommended was just amazing actually it was a ryad park and spa.
