Easy process to buy. Great customer service. Was delivered in less than 24 hours of payment. The quality of the product is fantastic. Very well made, changing the weight is easy and works perfectly. My only criticism would be the base that it sits in is plastic so you have to be careful putting heavy weights back in because they are expensive to replace. A metal construction would have been better for the price point

Great price ( better than second hand!), speedy delivery, only way it could be better is if they knew I needed more plates before I did and dispatched them to arrive on the day I hit a PB, looked me in the eye and said “you could do more”.

Excellent quality weights and delivery. Sent a rack of poor design and not big enough in fact three pairs of weights would not fit on it. Bought the Hex rack which is superb more expensive but makes life much easier and does the job nicely.

Everything about my experience has been great. Delivery time was short and arrived when they said it would , product was packed well and in perfect condition when arrived.
