The build quality and finish of Assassin Goods British Built range is exceptional with first class design and fabrication. The turnaround and dispatch was extremely fast with robust packaging that ensured my order arrived in pristine condition. Their Upright Rig was the perfect solution to my gym “problem” and will hopefully be the first of many, and larger, purchases in the future.

Quick delivery, even when DHL messed up they sorted promptly

After looking around for a while I purchased the adjustable bench on the website. After a house number mess up seemingly by the courier company I received the bench a few weeks later. After assembled, I wasnt overly happy with the quality, a bushing was broken and the whole bench seemed abit 'shakey'. Micheal was very helpful in responding and suggested the loose bolt was to ease the hinge mechanism. A new bushing was sent out but I would suggest this aspect needs redesigning as I can imagine the bench flexes under load (proposed 350kg), especially if you have an arched back and pressure is exerted on the extremity of the back pad. I asked to return and was offered a full refund. A refund was issued but postage costs were taken off this - surprised to say the least considering the build quality and the broken bushing. Open to receiving the rest of the purchase price without claiming the '30p/KG' return postage costs as the website suggests. (This cost me £85 to return). Overall an unfortunate situation and I don't tend to return items but the general quality is lacking in my opinion. Currently wouldn't use again, which is a shame because some of the other stuff on the website for my gym appealed to me. Thanks
