Good Communication
Item was ordered but then there was a Royal Mail strike which delayed the delivery. The communication from the seller was very good and the item did eventually arrive well packaged and in perfect condition.

Placed order a couple of weeks ago
Update. I've now been contacted and another unit is being sent to me.
Placed order a couple of weeks ago. I was told there were problems with royal mail collecting and that an alternative courier was being used. Then nothing. No delivery. Contacted the supplier but no response.
Very poor customer service.

Absolutely brilliant service, Stuart has been fantastic and so helpful. Delivery was efficient and husband v pleased with his new toy. Very happy to recommend and would buy from Asset Solutions again without hesitation.
