I have been sending my diabetic supplies to Assist Diabetics for quite awhile now. Great company and quick processing of my order. Erin has helped me out and is a great rep for the company. Always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Lately though I have been getting more $ from another company for some of my supplies. I still use them for some items. Good company.

Everything's been a little rocky but talking to the lady that contacted me about my situation it was very nice sweet and understanding and I am pleased to still be with you guys

I messaged Assist Diabetics asking how I could best send them a Dexcom G6 Receiver because it has a custom box and doesn't fit the small box. Erin got back to me quickly which surprised and impressed me and she offered me 2 options to my dilemma. I returned the msg and it was solved. Erin's quick reply and pleasant message giving me options was perfect. I don't usually do reviews but she made an impression. Thank you, I am also happy that you offer your services so that others can afford life saving equipment and supplies. I don't know how we could function if we weren't covered by insurance. I am happy to pass that blessing on to someone thru you. ❤️

She was kind, nice, understanding, very quick and knew her stuff. The other 2 girls I got , it took me 3 calls to complete my issue, I had no proble this call.

Easy to request mailing kits. Checks are accurate &are disbursed in a timely manner. Erin, my customer service rep answered any questions I've had & explained the requirements & what I should expect moving forward clearly. She was professional & courteous & was very informative.
