Although your service was quick and the pallets of good quality, your driver saw fit to argue with a junior member of our warehouse team with regards to unloading via tail lift, he took it on himself to walk over to the company across from us and request their help, he upset and humiliated a young girl of 19 and argued with her manager aswell. This behaviour is unacceptable and we will probably never use your service again.

We got different type pallets, 50% cheaper one then we ordered.

Would have been 5 stars, but there was a mix up with delivery made and signed for by the driver to the wrong address. All was sorted attentively . These things do happen, and I was given a fair refund.

Everything else was good, with good phone comms, and easy online ordering (You sometimes need both together!). AP readily selected by hand a particular type of used pallet not shown on the website.
